Hello, kindly measure your temperature i am giving you commonest causes of body pain 1. Due to fever Additional common causes abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise, stress, depression, nutritional deficiencies like multi minerals and vitamin deficiency side effect of medicines may be because of some disease like thyroid problem, diabetes, fibromyalgia etc kindly follow advice given below 1. measure your temperature 2. avoid mental or physical exertion 3. regular meditation practice 4. warm bath can help consult physician for further management

Hello, kindly follow advises given below 1. Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered trainer) 3. You can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4. Maintain proper posture of body while watching tv/ studying kindly go for cervical x ray ap and lateral and review with reports consult orthopeditian for further management.

Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months. you can take tab. bencid 500 mg once a day. tab. thyronorm 75mcg once in morning before meal.

At first perform few tests. Mri of ls spine with screening of whole spine, serum calcium and vitamin d3 level. Then consult a orthopaedician and a physiotherapist.

Give her Maharasnadi khadha 1 spoon add 1 spoon Luke warm water give her after lunch end dinner for a month. Give her simple veg food with green vegitabales salad milk end milk products etc. Stop her fast junk food habites. Massage miostol oil daily.
