Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to anxiety, fear, excess intake of tea, coffee or consumption of alcohol, tobacco if you do so since your tests are normal - do regular exercise, walking, jogging, swimming, also include yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10, min in your schedule - have a balanced nutritious diet with more of fruits & vegetables, have 7-8 glasses of water in a day - if not much relief get your blood serum electrolytes, calcium levels done, consult a cardiologist. -

Hair growth: fall ratio is 80: 20.20%of the hair are always in fall phase. Hair falls while oiling, washing. Combing. If it is happening in this manner then don't worry. But if the hair is coming out even on slightest touch then it is considered as hair fall. Diet plays a major role. Eat food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist if hair fall persists.

Hi lybrate-user, your ideal body weight is 57 kgs. You are not really overweight miracle. Just eat mindfully, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go.

Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. hello sir, to gain muscles include whole grains, oatmeal, fruits and veggies , fats (healthy fats ). consume protein in the form of chicken, fish, eggs and dairy. these are the most complete protein sources. must stay in a positive calorie balance to gain mass. eat frequent meals , eat right carbs in a right time

Pain in knee, heart patient, MI PTCA done before 3 years. Osteo arthritis or any deformities was not shown in xray. Now treated with BENFOMET PLUS, CARTIZEN DUO, but still now pain is there.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
