If it is long standing vaginal discharge I would suggest she sees a Gynaecologist for examination and vaginal swabs. Treatment can then be tailored accordingly. Also I would advice she increases her water intake and has multivitamin supplements.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

If vehicle is heavy for him do change do learn stretching and strengthening exercises from neuro physiotherapist apply hot water and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 6 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Get yourself checked with a physiotherapist for a detailed postural assessment. Forward bending, slouched sitting, unsupported sitting posture for prolonged duration can lead to backache. Long working hours, abnormal sleep-wake pattern can also lead to backache. So, check whether your postural habits have lead to this problem. You can change your sitting posture- to supported sitting. You can also avoid bending forward to avoid backache. And consult a rheumatologist, if the pain doesn't subside with postural correction.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, we have to rule out this type of pain through investigation (xray or mri. It may be due to piriformis syndrome or lumber disc prolapse. *initially you have to take rest as much as you can. *place pillow under your knees while sleeping. *lying on bed which is firm (not too hard and not too soft) *take calcium rich diet and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. *avoid heavy lifting. *avoid excessive rotational activities, forward bending etc. *perform some gentle exercises and stretching of all joints. *walk straight with shoulder protracted. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

It may be ligament or meniscus tear. Get MRI of your knee. It should be best quality MRI with 3 tesla machine.

Apply rice r- rest, take adequate rest i-ice, apply ice pack for 10-15 min c- compression, wear compression bandage e- elevation, keep your leg on high surface; while lying use high pillow & while sitting use foot rest avoid long standing do leg stretching apply hot fomentation.

Hello lybrate-user, yes; in allopathy you can go for operative depending on mri report with ayurved medicines & therapy you can heal it naturally it need little time. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. I am suffering from knee pain from last 2 days and when I start walking it gets more.
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Avoid walking and strain till relief. Do physiotherapy treatment and strength exercises and stretching exercises. Posture correction must. Avoid toward bending tk soft pillow for back support.

Hi, it may b due to cervical spondylitis cause pain in neck and adjoining back muscle. You should avoid taking pillow while sleeping. Take homoeo medicine: @ lachenenthes200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont200-6pills, thrice a day. If possible go for exercise for cervical spondylitis. Take care.

this is postural pain.u should modify ur way of working like alter ur computer table and chair make 45 degree angle between ur neck and screen of computer and do daily back extension NAD neck exercises
