Ideally you should visit to dentist for cleaning of teeth because mostly bed smell is due to deposits in your mouth. But for now you can use mouthwash after meals. Sometimes bad breath is side effect of some medications also.

It is due to the over inflammation of tongue so we cannot get back the lost ones so it should go on just like that.

Hi you have halitosis. It can be due to some conditions like dry mouth, gum disease ,plaque and tarter, food impaction between teeth . So you need to be investigated and diagnosed to rule out the cause of halitosis. After that treatment can be decided. Avoid taking tobacco products. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash. Brush your teeth regularly two times. Floss your tooth. Take care of your oral hygiene.

What are the major causes of mouth ulcers and what precautions should be taken to avoid these mouth ulcers. Thanks.

Major cause are poor oral hygiene, digestion problem like constipation, vitamin deficiency or any sharp tooth structure irritating oral mucosa. Its important to find out the cause of ulcer to decide the treatment. Take care of your oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and rinse after each meal. Take zevit tabs once daily for 15 days. Drink plenty of water and fibrous food.

Hard, and sticky food should be avoided, and try to take juices and very soft food that you do not need to chew, and swallow it readily, but that also should be nutritious.

Gum diseases, if treated at the initial stage itself can be reversed easily. By getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed by a dentist, there is a chance that they can get better without much ado.

Hi, yellow stains on teeth can be due to pan. Gutka, tobacco products, alcohol and smoking. Quit these habit if you have as they can cause serious problems like cancer. Bleaching will help you. Apply mixture of lemon juice and baking soda, rub on stained surface of teeth gently and rinse, once in a week.

First of all toothpaste don't have any role for the prevention of cavities. And having cavities is not a serious problem at all. Cavities which are not too deep can be excavated and be restored by a dental cement. Cavities that are very deep can be cured by root canal treatment followed by crown ( cap ). For better prevention of cavities , 1- Follow proper brushing technique. 2- Brush twice a day 3-clean your teeth immediately every time after you eat fiid or liquids. 4- Undergo scaling ( cleaning of teeth) at the interval of every 5-6 months. 5- Visit dentist for regular oral cavity check up every 4 months for the early diagnosis and prevention of dental diseases.

It may be difficult if your natural teeth and not firm enough to support artificial teeth. But we can take x-ray scans to check for quality of your jaw bone and can advise you implant provided you hav controlled diabetes and if there is no major contraindication for implant. You can consult me in clinic to evaluate for possibility of giving artificial teeth.

Brush your teeth, tongue, roof of your mouth, and gums using toothpaste. Rinse your mouth with mouthwash. Drink liquids, chew sugar-free gum or mints, or suck on sour candies. Use plastic utensils if you have taste alteration when eating.

I am 19 year old Male. Today morning, I was trying to remove a stapler from a page with the help of my front teeth i.e. My incisors. The stapler did not removed but my tooth got a slight breakage. There is a very small 'V' kind of breakage and its kind of rugged which I can feel with my tongue. There is NO pain. But I am worried that, in future will my teeth break more from that same point?

Hello, teeth are used for grinding, not as an opener. Do not do it in future. Visit to a dentist to repair your broken part.

This is due to inflammation in gums. (either gingivitis or periodontitis). Need to rule out the causative factor. Commonly its due to deposition of food debris around gums.
