1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Hello *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk,, 10 – 12 glass of water per day

You need an orthodontics treatment (i. E. Braces) the treatment usually lasts for almost 1.5-2 years. You need to visit the dentist every 20-25 days a month. Hello lybrate user - as he is a know case if diabetes, few of medications will cause this problem. - ask him to take decoction of ginger and ajwain daily twice before food - hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with the same decoction - shanka vati 2-0-2 he needs physical activity daily atleast 1/2 an hr - glass of warm water after dinner. Follow this for 15days. He will be better. Thank you.

Dear Doctor, I am a 40 years old male. Suffers from frequent one sided headaches (predominantly left side of the head) combined with nausea and vomiting. Every morning I do neck exercise twice to ease the pain around the neck area or spasm. Could you please recommend me whether to check the blood pressure also during the migraine attacks?

Long answer. Calcium stones - avoid oxalate containing green leafy vegetables, cucumber, Amla, tomatoes. Urate stones avoid brinjal and mushroom.

Sir for this in ayurveda a very well known medicine is available. Please apply maha narayan oil on both side. Twice daily. Try to protect knee from wet cool air. Also start some physical exercise to increase circulation. After 10 days tell the progress.

Hi lybrate-user, you could have polycystic ovarian disease, please share your blood test reports and ultrasound too to guide in best possible way. If you have thyroid problem please correct it first. Please be focused about diet high protein, low carbs, no oily spicy and junk food. Daily exercise for 30 min will add on effect for regularise period. You need get few blood tests to find out cause if not done already.
