If it is happening for the first time you need not worry especially if there has been some kind of stress like pain/lack of sleep/ irregular diet/ emotional turmoil. Correct all these and wait for a few days. If it happens repeatedly consult in private for investigation and medication.

Pcod is not something serious, but this means that you may have irregular cycles and ovulatory dysfunction, so it may be difficult to conceive. Exercise and weight management would be useful.

Instead of using chemical creams use Marichyadi tel. It's little smelly but will cure the problem. Pl add Manjistha tab and Curcumin 95% concentration capsules. Take for two weeks minimum.

I got boy baby exactly two months back by LSCS method. Now I had sex with my wife. Which has any problem? We feel comfort no issue. And stopped before ejaculation. Please tell me this, for this need any precaution?

No problem. Protection (it depends upon once own interest. But please follow safe period and danger period. Method) safe period is 18th day of menstrual cycle to next menstrual cycle. For a normal 28 days menstrual cycle. If you do not want to plan a baby again in near future. Please follow these natural protection methods. Like safe period and condoms. But spacing between the pregnancy is good for mothers health. At least 2-3 years of gap is essential between two pregnancy for healthy mother and child.

This is because of acidity. U have any other symptom. Do following to control acidity 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Acidic foods, like tomatoes and citrus, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 12. Elevate your bed. Raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. This is for long term results But for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines. For that I need more details, you can consult me.

Till which month should we have sex in pregnancy 6 or 7? And should I use condom if my wife is pregnant?

Till which month should we have sex in pregnancy 6 or 7? And should I use condom if my wife is pregnant?
Both of you are always on Safer side with Condom, It all depends on general health of expecting mother, best option is to minimise sexual activity during pregnancy. Take some precautions during intercourses, Avoid pressure on her lower abdomen, Spooning position during intercourse is preferred during pregnancy. Also mild intensity women on top position can be found a bit safe. Try your best to avoid or minimize sexual activity during pregnancy. She should also consult gynaecologist for her condition of uterus and baby growing inside.

Aids spread only if the partner is infected. If the girl you had sex is not infected you will not get AIDS

My wife is pregnant and the baby is 6 week older. She has high cholesterol thus, she was taking Astin D (atorvastatin) 10mg daily even after pregnant. Doctor says that we need to terminate the pregnancy because Astin D could have affected the development of baby. Do I need to follow doctors instruction of termination?

Statins should be stopped when one is planning a pregnancy. Alrhough the risks are low, yet Statins belong to x category drug as per safety. Since the patiemt is young and if conceiving was relatively easy you can think of discontinuing this pregnancy and planning more carefully next time. But the decision making is entirely yours.
