1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Its normal if you get feverish after working because exertion also causes feverish feeling. So to avoid it take bath after coming back from work place it will sooth you.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

You may have cervical abrasion, erosion or attrition check your teeth in mirror and found it if it is then go for gic restoration, check for cavity if it is go for rct, u can use thermoseal paste, do not take anything acidic and avoid too hot and too cold for several days

Tips For Oily Skin!
  1. Drink plenty of water.        
  2. Use oil free cosmetic products.        
  3. Wash a face twice a day.        
  4. Use sunscreen daily.     
  5. Make sure that the hands/ towel is clean when you touch your face.    
  6. Eat food rich in water, fresh fruits, chicken, boiled fish, whole grains.        
  7. Prefer steaming, boiling, grilling methods for cooking over frying.
  8. Don’t stress.  
  9. Carry oil-absorbing tissues to wipe away oil whenever necessary.       
  10. Don't ever go to bed with make-up on.        
  11. Avoid smoking and drinking.        
  12. Don't use creamy or milk cleansers.         
  13. Don't over wash face.        
  14. Don’t eat fried and processed foods.        
  15. Avoid sugary products.

Hello Dr. my baby is 22 months old, wt-11 kg. Since last 3 to 4 days we have noticed mucous in stool. She is fine taking food, though motion is not frequent still we are giving ORS. But worried about mucous. Please advice.

Mucous in the stool indicate that its bacillary dysentery due to infection, which require for proper treatment, so take her to your local doctor for proper prescription.Do not give ORS to the child. the role of ORS is prevent dehydration, meaning if there is water loss that loss will be replaced. but in dysentery there wont be any water loss, its only frequent passage of small quantity of motion mixed with mucous, so where is the water loss. without water loss if you give ORS to the child you are harming your child by overloading her body with water, which will cause harm to her. so get her properly treated. in this open questions we can not give prescription so i am not suggesting any line of treatement. good luck

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Acetaminophen 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for back, (Take help of a physiotherapist or visit www.drncgupta.com). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (Contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days, contact me again.

A chickenpox scar can be treated in a variety of ways. They can be excised, or cut out, and there will be a scar, but typically it will be much less noticeable than the one you have. Over time, 1-2 years, our patients have trouble finding the scars. The scars can be treated with laser after surgery and they respond much better than without surgery. Be hopeful, this is able to be treated.

My hairs becoming thin and they are damaging but its not hereditary problem my scalp is visible, though I have hard and rough hairs. What should I do?

Glad to hear it is not hereditary, you then have better chances. Firstly improve your diet and add exercise to your daily routine. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is unchangeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it affects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy go' in life -regardless of age. For growth hormones send me a close-up pics of your scalp.

To reduce weight do not take sugar,sweetened juice,fruit juice as these leads to body fat.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat small amount of food.Take more whole fruits,vegetables.Take extra protein foods for weight loss.Use healthy fat in cooking in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.You can use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,yoga,plank,squat.These will help you.

1.Take balanced diet, iron/calcium/vitamin/mineral supplement 2. Take protein and iron rich food like fish, green vegetables, fruits, milk and milk product 3. Use lukewarm Almond/olive/coconut oil for massaging your hair 4. Keep scalp clean by regularly shampooing 5. Follow healthy life style by avoiding stress, doing yoga/meditation, having adequate sleep, regular exercise, adequate water intake, avoiding alcohol/tobacco/Junk food. 6. Avoid using chemicals to hair 7. Trim hair regularly, avoid steaming shower 8.Consult Trichiologist (hair specialist) for advice and treatment.
