Pain is complex, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Topical capsaicin, derived from chili peppers, may help with arthritis, diabetic nerve pain, and other conditions. There's evidence that glucosamine can help relieve moderate to severe pain from osteoarthritis in the knee. Do reply back for medications. Being also a general physician, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary tips taking into account patient preferences.

Dear lybrateuser, -Red wine contains a compound resverterol which is an antioxidant & suppose to have anti-inflammatory, anti blood clotting activity in the body -if you donot consume alcohol then do not start consuming as it is better not to start, a well balanced, nutritious diet & regular exercise are much more beneficial to keep the heart healthy & the body fit.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your resting heart rate is below normal (60/min), get checked by a cardiologist to rule out any other problem - BP is on higher side, do take some precautions, - avoid salty food & restrict salt intake, avoid fried, processed & junk foods, foods containing saturated & trans fats - reduce weight by dieting & exercise - continue your exercise programme, also include yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning - get your bp checked once a week - destress by reading, listening to music, playing games, follow a hobby. -

I am suffering from chronic constipation with hypertension and parkinson's. What is cure. Am 64 years old.
Please note that you need to consult and take treatment properly for your chronic problems. For constipation please use the below: Baking soda lies at the heart of home remedies. It’s is so incredibly versatile, and it pretty much does its job 95% of the time. It works incredibly well for constipation (and tummy aches in general) because it is a bicarbonate, which will encourage air to come out of you one way or another, and relieve pain from pressure. It also re-alkalizes the stomach, neutralizing the acid a little bit and helping things pass through your gut. You will need… -1 teaspoon baking soda -1/4 cup warm water Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with ¼ cup of warm water. Drink all of the mixture-the quicker you finish it, the better it seems to work. Rest of the problems get back to me...
