Dear lybrateuser, - The cause of the calcification has to be found out by CT scan or biopsy, can be due to past infection, tb or any other factor in lung - a chest phycians consultation would be required so that the exact cause can be found out & treated accordingly.

The problem could be lung related like asthma or heart related these following tests will help find out what is the cause of the problem. Please get an ecg, echo, chest x-ray AP view and PFT test done and consult a cardiologist and pulmonologist locally with the reports for further management.

Sometime feeling very week and not easily walk. Sometime feel palpitation. Always pressure high and not steady.
Very common problem, usually some minor ailment. Ample Rest, balanced diet, and if not better, meet a Dr. Measure BP monthly on fixed date, and always after resting for 10 mins. Any BP less than 145 is ok, it varies for everybody and that is normal.
