Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Do abdominal exercises for at least 30 minutes a day with this go for a walk for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour a day. Take green leafy vegetables, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, cereals, pulses in your daily routine. They are rich in fiber, energy and protein. Try to take juice, buttermilk or a fruit in your mid meal that is between 10 a. M. To 11 a. M. Take dinner 2 hours before going to bed. Nuts like avocado, almonds can be taken. Vegetables like beans, cucumbers, tomatoes can be used. Fruits like cherries, apples, pineapple can be used. Apply almond oil or vitamin e oil on your dark circles at night time before going to bed and leave it overnight and wash it in the morning. This should be done for few days.

Weight gain is due to imbalance between calories consumed and calories utilised. When you consume more and utilise less, you put on wt. Besides this there could be other causes for wt gain like thyroid problem, improper life style, improper diet , lack of exercise and sleep and low vit d levels. We need to find the reason fr wt gain and treat accordingly. It would be a combination of proper diet plan, excercise and correct any associated cause.

Be on strict diabetic diet. Perform regular exercises or go for 1hr walk daily. Get your sugar levels checked every month and visit your doctor at regular intervals for follow up. For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

First check your blood pressure and cholesterol level in blood. Along with walking you need some other physical exercises like yoga and stretching exercises. Change your food to boiled vegetables and less oily products. Reduce carbohydrate and sugar intake. Take food that contains fiber. Medicines for weight loss helps less.
