Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

In order to achieve a normal and healthier body start doing walk for alteast 30 minutes daily and for 30 minutes you should excercise by doing bodyweight excercises focussed towards legs and sides of the body. You should also take balanced consisting on proteins carbohydrates and healthy fats, avoid white sugar, processed and refined food stuffs by doing this you can achieve your desired bmi in 6 months.

Hello lybrate-user kindly use 1. Tab. Terbest 250 mg daily for 15 days @night 2. Tab. Allegra 180 mg daily for 10 days @morning 3. Tab. Atarax 25 mg daily for 10 days @night 4. Do take ift and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise and spinal extension exercises from neuro physiotherapist apply hot water fomentation thrice a day for 7 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after, avoid day time sleep. take early dinner. avoid stress. inform if not ok.take 8 hours of sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

Scars and pigmentation are common after acne. Use red lentil (massor dal) face pack in milk for removing the pigmentation. You may add to it ayurvedic preparations on prescription to prevent recurrence of acne/pimples.

Diabetes is notorious for causing sex problems. The most important treatment is controlling diabetes by drugs and diet. At the same time, sex problem must be treated. yes your cholesterol level is alarming you. your level is high. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

According to the law, more than 30 ml of spirit like whisky/ vodka will raise the blood alcohol level in the illegal range. But alcohol affects different individuals differently because of difference in metabolism. It's better to not drive after drinking. Prolonged and heavy consumption of alcohols affects liver leading to fatty liver and eventually cirrhosis which is life threatening. It affects brain and can trigger psychiatric disorders like depression, anxiety, mood swings, delusions and even hallucinations. Alcohol induced jealousy is major cause of distress in relationships. Thiamin defeciancy can kead to memory disturbances abd encephalopathy. Peripheral neuropathy is another consequence leading to severe pain and burning in limbs.

It is for both male n female. These exercises r ment to strengthen the pelvic muscles. Uterus. Ractum n intestine. Lower pelvis is voluntarily contracted n hold it few seconds than relax. Such 10 to 20 times can b done. Time not fix you can do while walking. Sitting standing etc.

HI, Take Sepia 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 10 days. Use this home remedy:- *Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Hi doctor, I recently injured my knee while doing lunges without support which has resulted in subluxation of the patella, medial retinaculum tear, along with large joint effusion. Is physical therapy better or surgery? Also how long will I take to recover? Its already 2 weeks and I am under going physical therapy, plaster cast was given and now removed out. Currently using knee braces to walk, there's swelling in my knee an I cant fold it completely. Please suggest.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.
