Me ak 29 saal ka ladka hun. Pichhle 1.5 saal se me apne pait ko lekar kafi pareshan hun. Mere kuchh bhi khane ke 20-25 mint. Baad mera pait foolne lagta hai aur sine me jalan hone lagti hai, mujhe kabj, gas, acidity, sir me chakkar aana, ulti ka ji hona, ankhon me jalan hona, sharir har samay thaka-thaka rahna, kamjori mahsoos karna, sex me interest na rahna, aur ab to ghutno me bi dard rahta hai 3-4 sidiya chadhne me hi bahot pareshani hoti hai. 29 saal ki umar me budhapa sa lagta hai. Hello you are suffering from indigestion, upset stomach. Don't worry you will get relief with following homoeopathic medicines:- take lycopodium 30 ch 3 drops twice daily after meals. With the advent of the internet and it's free nature, pornography has become one of the most viewed explicit contents of the internet. Though not made for adolescents, pornography is viewed by a large number of teenagers and young adults. Sex education is highly necessary for teens and young adults and pornography can never be substituted for sex education. Read on more to find all about it.

1. Pornography is an act
The porn industry like all other industries exists for profitability and actors who indulge in explicit sexual activities on screen are professionals and the scenes are entirely scripted. The purpose of sex education, which is to provide knowledge about a person's own sexuality is lost in porn. Similar to romantic movies, which are far off from reality, pornography is also a fantasy.

2. Pornography is focuses on the act itself
Sex education is not just learning about sexual activities or preferences, but also about learning reproductive sex, safe sex, reproductive health, birth control and also emotional relations and responsibilities. Pornography is graphic by its nature and does not provide any knowledge on these subjects, which are of utmost importance as comprehensive sex education is necessary for every single person.

What are the various types/quantity of ideal meals for dinner for age group above 30 years which can be digested easily without putting load on the Jhattragni. Daily intake of Dal or vegetables ratio can be quantified for Good Health of family members. Whether hot milk can be right choice at bed time or it can be avoided after the age of 18 years, when body needs of calcium is not there. As per Naturopathy no food at all is advised in the evening, what is scientific advise of allopathy for this, explain with logics.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder at night before sleep and eat seasonal fruit and eat dinner till 9 pm daily.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. Hair is the reflection of body. Any disturbance which happens in the body will reflect on hair. There are various reasons for getting hair fall. It can be nutritional deficiency, stress, diabetes, thyroid, any acute illness like malaria, typhoid etc. These are few reasons but there are many more. It is very important to test the hair and scalp to diagnose the problem. As nutrition forms the base of hair. It is important to eat food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist.

Codeine addiction is worsened by increasing tolerance levels for the drug. If you are having a serious addiction and you cannot quit its use, you will have to admit yourself to a rehabilitation center and go through their program for a complete recovery. This type of treatment is ideal because it takes you away from the influences of people and circumstances that you have gotten conditioned to and will make it easier in a different geographical location. When you come out of the center you must continue with addiction counseling for three years at least before being free of the enslavement. You will also need to attend NA meetings regularly and get a lot of support from other users who are also recovering. You will need to make some lifestyle changes and work on the stress that is normally the reason most youngsters get addicted to codeine. There is also the oral issue, the rigid value system, the genetic factors, and the script issue that has to be worked upon with the counselor. You will need to start regular vigorous exercise, sleep well, and start on a healthy diet. You must follow a tight time schedule with interesting and productive activities. The counselor will also teach you new ways of finding joy without the use of chemicals. You should socialize with people, join new groups, attend conferences, meetings, seminars etc. to be involved with other important activities in your neighborhood. You will need to go for a thorough medical checkup and determine that there was no serious damage to your body because of the abuse.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your father should not strain, do regular exercise like walking for 10-20 min, do yoga & deep breathing for keeping mind & body fit -get his bp checked up also blood sugar, cholesterol, ecg, x-ray chest to rule out any other problem if not done earlier -should have a well balanced diet, sleep well & keep himself busy in some activity during the day -consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve & appear repeatedly.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. BRAMARI PRANAYAM or Bee Breath 1.Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times

Using a machine that pumps oxygen into your lungs will help you breathe while your doctor gives you medications to get your asthma under control.

Kindly start running and try and run first 30 mins with your own pace and then 45 min nd then 60 min only after finishing 60 min and if you have done 8 kms than think of finishing 2 kms in 12 mins and than 3 km in 18 mins and than try 1km in 5 mins.
