the best medicine is cap. ecosprin gold -10 mg once at night for 30 days. Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Hello, Go for meditation to regularise your all sorts of report with minimal medicinal aid. Go for morning walk for 45 mts. Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder. Avoid, junk food, direct sugar intake, alcohol, nicotine. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Tk, care.

Reduce the amount of sugar and salt in your diet. Do regular brisk walk for 45 mins in the morning regularly. Stop curd, maah ki daal, urad daal, sarso ka saag, sweets, bakery products in your diet. Make sure your eat when you feel hungry. Take small meals at regualr intervals. Stop staying wake late night and taking dinner late night. Keep a watch on your weight also. Consult some good ayurvedic physician for diet plan. Good luck.

I am 54 year's old and I am having heart problem and I have been done angioplasty in 2003 but now I am having acidity and over weight so kindly let me know how I can reduce the my weight. I have already stopped patatos fry rice.

1. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. 2. Drink plenty of water 3litres / day 3. Walk every day 3-4 kilometres 6 days a week. 4. Avoid all fried items only subji type of food. 5. Avoid or stop sweets completely. 6. Avoid potato and rice completely 7. Avoid all aerated drinks. 8. Eat only less oil. 9. Avoid ghee. 10. For acidity avoid coffee and tea, cocoa. Drink only milk.-- avoid chillies and spicy food. 11. Eat regularly once in four hours - no fasting and feasting.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

Dear lybrateuser, -your pain can be due to acidity -avoid fried, spicy & junk food, drink 8-10 glasses of water -do not skip meals, have meals on regular time, do not lye down immediately after meals, have dinner 2-3 hours before bedtime -have a snack like a fruit, sandwich, salad in between meals as empty stomach produces more acid leading to acidity -do regular exercise like walking for good digestion.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg (if no drug allergy) one tablet before food for 3 days B. 1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, Physical and mental strain 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4.Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, 5.
