For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

this back pain is due to no back exercise.... due to this muscle get stiff .... when suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start..... in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI ....DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation .... so consult ayurvedic doctor near you ... you will definitely get good result ..

1) yes, it is always better to take fruits empty stomach, it helps the maximum absorption of nutrients in the body. 2) you can fix a regular sleep routine before going to bed daily. Set a fix sleep pattern. For eg: daily reading a book, drinking a cup of warm milk, etc fix such routine for yourself.

You maybe most probably suffering from gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. You have to avoid spicy and fried foods. Also avoid junk food and fast food. If your problems are worse, you need to take an ecg and take medications. It can also be due to anxiety problem tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.

Hello, apply homoeopathic - thiosinaminum ointment to your scar in a thin layer or else you can use thiosinaminum q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin. Also take causticum 200 and calcarea fluor. 12x orally thrice daily for 2 weeks, to dissolve large, extensive scars. The oral dose supports the action of the topical application.

For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, since how long you are having this knee pain? where exactly does it hurt you while you play football. It's very crucial to know the exact location of the pain at the knee. There could be various reasons behind your problem. Avoiding proper warm-up and cool down can be the precipitatory cause. Inadequate water intake could be another reason. Weak knee and hip & tfl muscles could be another reason. There could be some old biomechanical misalignment or subluxation in the knee like anterior or posterior rotaion of the tibia with wedging which could be adding undue torque on the meniscus or any other soft tissue structure. These are quite common in players and youngsters who are physically active. To rule out the exact cause you need to get a xray of your knee done. In short, visit a skilled orthopedic manual therapist who can diligently handle this and give proper correction manipulative therapy. If it's not a subluxation issue then it won't be a big issue to deal with. To deal with it as of now, you can apply hot pack before and after playing. Apply nupatach 200 at the painful area of knee 6 hours before playing and knee it for 24 hours. This is a temporary solution, get your knee fixed. Good luck hope it helps. Thanks.

As per your massage it looks like you are suffering with thinning of hair.Hair fall and hair thinning are two different problems.There are various reasons for getting hair fall.Any acute illness like viral infections, malaria, typhoid can also cause it .It can happen in long term disorders like diabetes, high BP, arthritis .Medicines taken for all these disorders can also trigger the hair fall. Hair thinning is hormone related problem .This needs treatment. Consult Trichologist for both disorders

Hello. Hyperpigmentation could be because of many reasons. So, get thorough body check up done and share the reports with me. Meantime, you can start using Bioforce's Blooume - 55 ointment (for clear skin) twice daily and also use Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen, 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun along with oral medication – Sepia 200/ once daily for 20 days. Recommending you for your oily skin: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Revert me later.

I had taken mammography of both breasts because of pain this is the impression of report I got (Complex cysts are noted in both the breasts, benign calcification in right breast, Birads-2)

Birad 2 cysts are benign and can be observed. Probably you have fibroadenosis and you can take vitamin e supplement and primosa 1000 for 2-3 months. Please also get your hormone levels checked as it is hormone dependent.

You can help yourself by stopping every cosmetic for the time being. Simply was face with neem n aloevera soap, apply pure aloevera gel by peeling leaf, keep overnight, let dry, wash in the morning and keep repeating for a week. After a week, add'varnya' herbs powders in small qtys to this fresh gel. Use for another week. Adjust period of application according to response. Oral'raktashodhak' will add to more effective results. We have all the'varnya' and'raktashodhak' herbs of quality if needed. Also there are classic combos for this purpose.
