Respected lybrate-user hi performing all these acts require high level of hygiene & cleanliness then both will have least chances of getting problem. Like tell her to clean her vagina clearly with dettol soap & dry it before you do tongue tornado. You also have to similarly do that with your penis before she does any oral act. Shaving of private parts also matters a lot. After finger act of rectum immediately thoroughly wash your hands with dettol antiseptic. Thanks regards.

Hi lybrate-user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits … 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA before meals along with 30 ml of water. B) take 2-2 tablets of sanjivani vati and kanaksundar rasa after meals do all things for 3 days. Gives you good result. THANKS.

I experience heartburn in the morning 4 that I'm taking omez tablet since 2 months n also I feel nauseous after having a meal. What I should do?

Heart burnis due to acidity. To treat acidity eat small, frequent meals(4-5 times a day), avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks/tea/coffee. Increase intake high fibre diet. Take light dinner before 8 PM. Don't sleep or bend forward for atleast 2 hrs. after meals in day & night. You can take rest by using 2 pillows below head in recling position .Drink plenty of water, Go for walk/do light exercise . For symptomatic relief you can take Tab. Nexpro RD once daily empty stomach for 10 days then update or You can also consult gestroenterologist .

10 Best Foods for Your Heart

You only have one heart, and it works for 24 hrs a day. It never sleeps, so you have to treat it right if you want to keep it pumping for years to come. For a healthy heart, you have to boost nutrition, flavor and color in your meals and snacks. A variety of fruits and vegetables are good for your heart. Always try to eat foods that are in their natural form, as they come from the ground.

Find out how these 10 foods may help lower your risk of heart disease.

1) Fresh Herbs like oregano, basil, rosemary and thyme are full of antioxidants. They are full of flavor and use them liberally to replace extra salt, oil and sugar in your food.

2) Red Wine: before you read on, a caution is that too much alcohol actually is bad for your heart. Sipping a unit of red wine a day may be good by giving you two very powerful antioxidants in restorative and catechist. These can help you to increase your HDL cholesterol while lowering your risk of damage to arterial walls and subsequent clot formation. However, alcohol may be a problem when you are already on aspirin or other medications. Check with your doctor first if you have had a history of heart disease.

3) Salmon: The american heart association calls it a super food and recommends at least two servings of salmon in a week. You can have it baked in a foil with herbs or add with veggies in your salad. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and helps to correct rhythm disorders of the heart and reduce triglycerides and blood pressure. These properties also hold good for tuna fish and one must choose canned tuna in water or brine instead of oil.

4) Extra Virgin Olive Oil: though any kind of extra oil is bad for your heart, if you need to take in some oil, then extra virgin olive oil has a lot of heart saving properties. Only one should not use it for frying or over heating the veggies. It is good when tossed over salads or used sparingly over boiled or cooked vegetables.

5) Walnuts: a handful of walnuts, say 50 grams a day are full of antioxidants and fiber. They reduce inflammation of the arteries and reduce cholesterol. However, they also have high calorie content so one must be careful about the quantities consumed.

6) Almonds: Almonds are full of plant sterols and reduce the blood ldl and are good for diabetics. One must eat them raw for full benefits as cooking or roasting them may kill some of their beneficial properties.

7) Tofu is a high source of soy protein and can be added to soups or marinated or sauteed with vegetables for its goodness. It has a lot of heart healthy minerals and polyunsaturated fats.

8) Sweet potato is a good substitute for white potatoes especially useful for people with diabetes and heart disease. It has a low glycemic index and prevents sharp rise in blood sugar after meals. One can bake it and sprinkle with cinnamon and lime juice to make it super effective.

9) Oranges have potassium and antioxidants to lower the blood pressure and improve the vessel wall function.

10) Carrots are full of fiber and are one of the top heart saving foods by controlling cholesterol. Add them liberally in your salad or munch them raw for their power packed action.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. Hello, I am 35 years old. Suffering from anal fissure for 4/5 years. It is very painfull during stooling & after stooling. I am taking sysbath with beta dine solution, applying pilex oinment, taking laxit plus before bed time. But bleeding blood is occurring during stooling. It is not healing from inside. How can I get rid from this problem?

Dear yes this anal fissure but the treatment is slightly off line. Remember fissure is due to constipation with passage of hard faeces. It is not a disease but a lifestyle problem so some change in your lifestyle is essential. Though this is not my speciality still follow the suggestions ans they would help you 1. Drink plenty of fluids 2. Take high fibre diet like salads green leafy vegitable and fruits esp. Papita, banana, mango etc. 3. Take liq. Cremaffin plus 1 teaspoonful at night 4. Take isabagol powder 3-4 teaspoonful in 200 ml. Of water at night. 5. Apply zincal ointment in side anus twice a day 6. Continue sitz' bath with kuke warm water. 7. Increase physical activity like walking, games or exercise regularly 8. Drink two glasses of water first in the morning and then take a walk and the go toilet even though you may not feel like it in a few days time it would be regularised. 9. Avoid taking pain killers and kunk food.

Dear get an Ultrasound abdomen done. and consult a physician clinically. b/w try the tips.. 1.Mix 2 teaspoons lemon juice and ¼ teaspoon of rock salt powder in ½ cup of water. Have this mixture 3 times a day. 2.Mix 1 teaspoon each of mint juice and lime juice. Add a few drops of ginger juice and a pinch of black salt. Drink this mixture to alleviate pain.

My wife is 30years old. She is two months pregnant. She is taking dufaston10mg. But after taking it she feels burning sensation in stomach to throat. Duphaston is usually needed till 3-4 months of pregnancy, though it has its side effects along with benefits. For burning sensationanf nausea etc. You can start 1.
