Hello, if you are talking about acne pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with the help of various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. But getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible. ******do consult a dermatologist******

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Apply lemon juice with milk cream/honey and leave for 15-20 minutes and wash off. Also use face scrub thrice weekly for normal skin, if you have oily skin you can use daily. Apply mashed ripe papaya pulp daily for half hour which imparts glow to your skin. Intake of papaya, pomegranate, oranges on a daily basis will help reduce pigmentation.

Hye, Thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green tea don't help weight loss. They help flush out your system and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. This will aid in your efforts to lose weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called singular remedies will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, have your green tea but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see result.

wash your face 2 / 3 times a day wirh mild herbal aleo vera face wash dont eat spicy ,oily junk foods take sufficient quantity of water, wrong feeding habit such as Irregular hours of eating, improper food habbits, excess of sugar products,fermented food n bakery products. YOu try stress control. There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1.Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2.Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3.Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4.Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5.Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6.Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7.Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback 8.Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you. 9.Learn to identify and monitor stressors. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things. 10.Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery. 11.Keep an eye on things that might suggest you’re not coping well. For example, are you smoking or drinking more, or sleeping less?

Milk and honey hair pack for hair loss, dandruff, lice, split ends and hair growth: Take some heated milk and put some honey into it. The amount of milk and honey should be according to your hair density and volume in 3: 1 so that it can properly cover your entire hair. Mix the heated milk and honey thoroughly so that you get a uniform mixture of both. Now apply the mixture properly on your entire length of hair and then cover your head with the shower cap or hot towel leaving it for about two hours. The heat generated due to the hot mixture and hot towel will work wonders to kill dandruff and stimulate hair follicles for the proper hair growth. It will also remove dead hair cells and split ends. Dandruff is one of the main cause of hair fall and if your hair loss is due to dandruff then your problem will get resolved after some applications Note: the milk should not be too hot. It should be warm enough so that you can easily apply on your head without any difficulty.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. These are the methods to treat acne problem: 1. To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. 2. Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. 3. Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. 4. You can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. 5. Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. 6. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. 7. Use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

The pelvic shift exercise is one of the best height increase exercises that targets and stretches the spine and lower hips, which is essential for increasing height. This is undoubtedly one of the easiest exercises for growing taller. Lie on the floor with your shoulder and arms placed on the floor, your knees bent and feet placed on the floor. Lift your hips and torso up off the floor by pressing your feet into the ground and form a straight line from the nape of the neck to the knees. Remain in this position for 30 seconds. Lower your hips slowly to the ground. Repeat this exercise 3 to 4 times. This is one of the most power packed mat exercises for abs, hips and thighs.
