Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Oils and shampoos are local applications and just support a bit to prevent hair fall. Moreover dietary changes, good sleep and exercise will gradually help reduce hair fall.

Have been watching porn for a long time and now need help.
You need to be careful because porn may provide great sexual entertainment but it also stokes the desire, which will then lead to desire-fulfillment and that will lead to impulses. It actually objectifies women and sex to levels that makes you lose respect for them. Besides, the whole thing is dramatized to such crazy levels of performance (that is why it sells too) that you are made to feel grossly inadequate. It is really far from the reality, and these are exceptional actors, with some exceptional endowments and actions that you may even look at your own spouse with disdain, or inadequacies that is most unfair. After you have been stimulated you are left hungry in your groin to want to fulfill your desires, and if not met soon, leaves you with that raving libido, and it can goad you to do something inappropriate. In essence it spoils a very beautiful thing and reduces it to mere physical impulses. After some time you get disgusted when you have had too much of it; whereas natural sex will never cause that affect at all. If you have so much of sexual energy you can channelize it into activities, sports, games, and hobbies. You need to distract yourself when the drive is very strong in you, which may be so if your levels of testosterone are very high too. You need to socialize with members of the opposite sex and enjoy their company to experience the different aspects of a women and to also feel the different aspects of sex and not get frozen in the carnal part of it alone. Sex has five different dimensions to it: there is the physical aspect, the emotional aspect, the intellectual aspect, the social aspect and finally there is the spiritual aspect. The latter may surprise you but this is where respect and regard for women and their bodies will come up to help treat them with value. If you cultivate these dimensions of sex I am sure you will perceive women differently and with a lot of respect. Eventually when you are into a serious relationship with a woman, you will truly enjoy the whole concept of romance and being and falling in love with the real thing: that my friend will be a different ball-game. Do not play with a poor replica of sex, and shy away from the real person and thing, which are so wholesome.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

Asthma is a very common condition that is quite often 'miss' diagnosed. Asthma presents as breathlessness, it is also called as wheezing, due to the typical sound that is often present. The lungs help us breathe in the air , there is a phase where the air goes in called inspiration and when the air comes out its called expiration. Asthma typically occurs when the air pipes or tubes through which the air goes in and comes out gets narrowed. When this happens , there is increased resistance to the air flow and this resistance causes the wheeze or sounds that are associated with the condition.

Some people are more prone to Asthma than others , those with a general tendency of allergies tend to be more at risk for developing asthma. Since the narrowing of the air pipes reduces the air flow, there also is a change in the gas exchange which happens in the lungs, when the gas exchange is suboptimal the body feels the need for more air and this is characterized as breathlessness. Sometimes a person might also have a cough along with the wheezing and this can be misdiagnosed as a respiratory infection when there is none, unless there is a clear-cut evidence of infection that too of bacterial origin Antibiotics won't be useful. ( because a large number of viral infections can also be there).

Many people when they have a cough and breathlessness walk into a drug store and buy an antibiotic or cough syrup and self-medicate. This can be very harmful, developing antibiotic resistance means the next time there is an infection the less likely the antibiotics are likely to work and secondly some medicines can themselves increase the risk of asthma or wheeze.

The treatment of Asthma is very simple, there are very good inhalers that help the tightness or narrowing of the air pipes to be relieved in a matter of seconds, so if you think you have asthma consult someone who can diagnose it correctly and help you live more productively.

For hair fall take tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Use hair spray Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month. If bald patches use Tugain 5% solution for application 1 ml once daily at night. Check blood test for Haemoglobin.

Hi lybrate-user, to lose weight you need to follow these (1) don't eat sugar and sugar sweetened juice like fruit juice, health drink, coffee, soft drinks etc because these increases belly fat and liver fat which leads to insulin resistance and host of metabolic problems. Instead of that eat whole fruits which are fiber rich and mitigate the negative effect of fructose. (2) include more protein in your diet to reduce fat as well as it will avoid re-gaining weight. Include protein like fish, egg, lean chicken, mushroom, cottage cheese, seafood, dairy products etc. Along with physical exercise you can use whey protein. This is a healthy and convenient way to boost your total intake. (3) take low carb foods like whole grain, brown rice, wheat, brown bread etc. (4) eat more fruits and vegetables as these are high in fiber which helps to reduce weight. (5) take healthy fat like refined oil, fish oil like sardine, olive oil etc (6) regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. (7) plenty of water about 3 lit/day. (8) quality sleep and stress free life.

There seems to be no problem with the semen discharge but I will suggest you to stop mastubation because it will lead to psychatric disturbance in near future.

She needs to use JEEVANTYADI YAMAKA ointment. As for as diet is concerned, avoid all spicy, salty food stuff. Restrict use of imli. Blackgram is not suitable. Fruit juices with sour taste are not advisable.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You

Massage any of the hair oils onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips. Do this at least once a week.
2. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week.

It may be due to detoxification as you have started exercise. You should continue to exercise. Take plenty of water & proper food supplement like spirulina flax oil calcium with vitamin D etc. You can use some herbal face wash also. Wishing you a healthy life.

At your age this is not surprising due to hormonal factors but this could also mean that there may be may be some developmental factors that are disturbing you too. Please meet with a counselor and attend to these problems. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.
