I fill pain in my head, and I get vertigo on my head. So what should I take care for myself?
Vertigo is related either to cervical vertebra problems, internal ear problems or least common cause is brain diseases. Again the vertigo r classified into central and peripheral. The duration, direction and time of vertigo classify the vertigo into different types. The most common cause of vertigo is bppv, which is because of some chemical imbalance in ear. Don't do any active neck exercises, don't use high pillow and consult ent surgeon for further needful.

Sir mein 24 ka houn. Mein rraat ko sone ke baad kharate marta houn. Please give solutions to stop permanently.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose, rinse sinuses with saline before bed. Using a Neti pot, nasal decongestant, or nasal strips can also help you breathe more easily while sleeping. If you have allergies, reduce dust mites and pet dander in your bedroom or use an allergy medication. Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. There are specially designed pillows available to help prevent snoring by making sure your neck muscles are not crimped. Sleep on your side instead of your back.

MD - Pharmacology, ECFMG certified , MBBS

First, go to an ENT specialist for examination and an audiometry test. Tinnitus could have various causes and some of them could be dangerous. Hence, we need to rule them out. What other symptoms are you having? Pls give your detailed medical history. Are you taking any medication?

Discharging ears are not a good sign. Take private consultation and go ahead with Dr. Advice. You may need operation. Ear is close to important structures like brain, facial nerve, lest you get other problems like paralysis of face and brain abscess though uncommon.

How to get rid of sore throat. please help me sir, as its hard for me to swallow anything.?
Hi, sore throat is usually accompanied by pain. Here are a few steps that you may follow in general to either cure or avoid getting sore throat. Try avoiding constipation at all costs. (a) healthy & balanced diet with focus on fresh fruits/ leafy greens. Avoid yellow banana. (b) consume flesh foods in moderation. (c) take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. (d) regularize life style, reduce stress/ strain. (e) protect yourself from intense heat/ cold air. (f) do not take extremely hot/ cold/ spicy/ sour drinks as well as foods. (g) warm saline gargling 2 - 3 times daily. (h) gargle made of tulsi, cinnamon, turmeric or fenugreek seeds and honey are also beneficial. (i) avoid overcrowded places.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.
