I am facing skin dryness and itching now a days kindly suggest me some cure about it.
Hello, Take Sulphur 200 , 5 drops single dose. You Should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily ,take healthy nutritious diet. Follow the below home remedy to get soft hydrated skin:- The lactic acid present in milk cream helps exfoliate dry skin. The soothing nature of milk cream also helps preserve the skin’s delicate pH levels. Milk cream is also an excellent moisturiser. Mix a few drops of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk and two teaspoons of milk cream. Rub it on *your hands and legs. Leave it on for a while before you take a shower. Do this once daily. Add enough milk cream to three to four tablespoons of gram flour to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face, hands and legs. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily.

Hi.in 2013 I had gotten itching problem in my whole body. It was some communicable fungal infection somehow spread in my whole family. The problem was severe in the lower parts of my breasts. It became so itchy dat it started to bleed from the itching. I got it treated later n I was all right till the winter of 2015 (in the winter of 2014 I was in Rajasthan faraway from my home in Bihar n I didn't get the itching problem there).in the winter of 2015 the problem of itching restarted. .the skin of my lower breasts started shedding like ultra thin paper n powder n it itched a lot. .then with the departure of winter the itching also departed. .the problem reappeared in the winters of 2016 n 2017. However it never bleed after the first time in 2013 but it itches a lot n it sometimes becomes unbearable. I don't know who to end this recurring cycle once and for all. I would prefer natural solutions if possible. .plz suggest me some. No one in my family got this itching problem again after the first time except me.

Hello lybrate-user It appears from your description that you have eczema under your breasts which is an autoimmune skin disorder. Eczema is of various types and usually runs in year long cycles. It is commonly worse in winters with few rare cases worse by summer heat. Yours fungal infection seems to be a trigger factor for the eczema I suggest you go for homeopathy as it is the best solution for autoimmune disorders as homeopathy boosts immunity and helps the body fight for itself. Avoid applying any oil or cream on the patches, if too dry just aaply plain petroluem jelly to soothe itching. Wear only cotton clothes and lose if possible, atleast at night. Drink plenty of water upto 3 litres per day. For any more queries or treatment please feel to contact me.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy for pimples can also help a lot. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in your skin problems reply back for private consultation.
