there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Dear, keloids are formed due to defective healing of body injury. I can suggest you some better tips to get relief from keloids: * boil 100 gm of dry or fresh neem leaves in 500 ml of water and wash keloids with this water daily. * take 2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) and 2 tea spoon of mehndi, mix some water in it and make paste. Apply this paste on keloids and wash it after 45 minutes. Repeat it atleast for 20-25 days. * you can take mahamanjishtarishth but only under the guidance of an ayurveda expert. * you can also opt the plastic surgery or radiation therapy by consulting a cosmetic surgeon. To treat the incontinence of urine- *take very less ampunt of fluid after 6 pm & go for urination after every hour. * do urination before bed time & wake up in the midnight for urination. * during daytime, while you are urinating, once take a pause then start urinating again & repeat it 2-3 times. Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * use sunscreen having spf 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * take vitamin -e rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * make paste of papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content.

Hi dear, It's not all about eating rich, creaming, fried, high caloried food. The elite people do take care of themselves by visiting regularly in beauty saloons for their skin and hair care, they go to gym regularly to maintain a good figure or physique and also they do follow healthy and nutritive diet at home which is also followed by freaking out in the these food courts during weekends with their friends, cousins. As we can't see what they do daily in their routine at their home or gym or saloon, we assume that they visit the food courts every week. It's all about maintaining a balance between'Calories-in' and'Calories-out' concept sensibly. We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Dark colours (such as navy, black and dark red) absorb uv rays, and prevent them from reaching the skin better than white and light colours. However, closeness of the weave is still more important than colour of the fabric. Clothing that is loose rather than stretched across the skin is better.

Market is flooded with several shampoos claiming to have extra protein. The notable point here is that while washing, protein in the shampoo doesn’t enter the hair or its roots.
