Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Im of 47 years old and taking mostly vegetarian foods but in hotels mostly fot last two years. In this period i gained arround 10 kgs of weight. My present height is 5.5 feet and weight is 80 Killo. Heardly i do any exercises. Please advise to reduce weight at first in short periods.

Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back..take care.

Hello, blood sugar level of 320 mg (fasting or pp not mentioned) is very high, suggesting uncontrolled diabetes. Needs urgent treatment so as to control the sugar level. It is essential to bring fasting glucose to about 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <6.8. Otherwise a lot of long term complications related to diabetes can set in causing severe difficulties. Foods to be avoided are sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items, items made out of maida. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Should exercise daily at least for 1 hour, brisk walking is a better option. If you need any specific guidelines please come in a private conversation with all the above details plus her weight, height and dietary pattern, then I will be able to guide better. Thanks.

I think you are suffering from emotion labile hypertension. At this you starting an anti-hypertensive it not good. You need counselling and if required medication to control the aggressive thought process.

These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance and infection by bacteria. These are the methods to treat acne problem: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin. • Do not take stress for pimple. Be healthy.

There is no any fast method to loose your weight. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

Most important is hygeine. Keep your body clean and scrubbed, wear cotton clothes. Bathe twice with anti bacterial soap like cetaphil or sebamed. Improve your diet, leave junk food. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables home made ubtans have also been found to work effectively on back spots and pimples. Mix gram flour, haldi, yogurt and olive oil and scrub your back. After scrubbing wash with lukewarm water and apply alomd + olive oil. This week take 2 weeks to show results but results are permanent.

As I am Dr. So I know for which part medicine is good but for decreasing weight there are medicines but I suggest you not to take medicines. It is good to follow some rules as daily exercise, decreases oily food, take mostly salads in food, fruits intake, drink plenty of water. All these things increase your metabolism also.
