Lifting weight, doing some aerobics and core workout is part of a balance exercise program. Weight lifting is very good for long term muscle health and weight management, if done rightly. I do not believe in protein supplements. Rather eating protein rich vegetarian food (all kind of beans) on daily basis will be very helpful and repairing and building muscles after weight lifting. Paneer is also very good source for vegetarians.

1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals.
2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in a week , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks.
3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soybean and dry fruits.
4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active.
These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost.

Hello, you should take a homoeopathic tincture called arnica montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique.
Take sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week.
Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days.
Repeat the process every third day.
Revert me after 1 month.

Hi,
first of all, gradually reduce the frequency and number of use of hydroquinone cream (never stop abruptly!).
Homoeopathic medicines can be taken which not only will reduce the bad or side-effect/s of that medicine gradually, but also will take care of your complexion.
Medication:
take one dose of nux vomica 1m once (at night after meals) followed by berberis aquefolium q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ 3 times a day for a month.
Also, apply berberis aquefolium ointment on the whole face daily twice.
Management:
-apply tomato juice on your skin daily.
-apply cucumber juice mixed with lemon.
-mix fuller's earth (multani mitti) with little rose water and a dash of lemon in it and apply on the skin. Rinse it off once it is dry.
Use schwabe's skin care soap, apply calendula & aloe vera cream immediately after bathing, apply bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use bakson's papaya pack and after washing face apply it's fairness cream.
Follow this daily regime and let me know your feedback.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy.
1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles.
2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day.
Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –
a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body.
b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need.
c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc.
d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day.
e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients.
f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.
g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Itchy skin in pregnancy and postpartum is a common complaint. Sometimes itching in pregnancy is caused by âPUPPS Rashâ and having PUPPS rash postpartum can happen after the birth of your baby. It can be a huge inconvenience when you are dealing with a newborn and lack of sleep.
PUPPS rash postpartum tends to look like hives. Here are the symptoms:
Rash consisting of bumps and redness. May spread to arms, thighs, buttocks, and breasts.
Itching that can be severe for around a week. Itch clears before the rash.
Stretch marks with rash around them.
Fatigue due to lack of sleep from itching at night.
The following home remedies have been found helpful in taking care of PUPPS rash postpartum at home:
Nettle or Dandelion Tea. Drink two cups daily of the organic brand.
Flaxseed Oil. Take two tablespoons in a cup of milk.
Chickweed Gel. Apply 3 to 4 times daily to the affected area.
Pine Tar Soap. Use with each shower with warm water, not hot. Works in 2 to 5 days.
Olive Oil. Do not dry off after your shower or bath, but apply olive oil to your wet skin and then pat dry.
Coconut Oil. Apply to the rash twice daily.
Banana Peel. Rub a banana peel to the rash a few times a day.
Baking Soda. Make a baking soda and water paste and apply it to the rash.
Corn Starch. Make a paste and apply to rash areas to help relieve itching.
