Please control oily spicy foods non veg ,you can take fish. Stop rice, take high fiber dite green vegetables chapati add regular exercise avoid sitting work. Avoid any addiction like alcohol cigarette extra.

My cholesterol levels are high, Could you please tell me how I can reduce them without tables. I have earlier used the medication for reducing the cholesterol levels which had impact on LFT. Follow diet modifications (get a detailed diet consult for a low fat, low sugar diet) and start exercising begin gradually and increase to daily 45 mins of brisk walking or yoga. Stop drinking and smoking if you do. If they still remain high, consult a cardiologist for options.

avoid constipation, avoid straining on stool. take fiber diet. take tab pilex one tab 3 times daily for one month. use anovate ointment on anus., if not ok then consult doctor.

Hello I'm 26 years old guy. My problem is erectile dysfunction, couldn't get proper sleep and problem in gaining weight whatever I do I couldn't gain desired weight. And now I started to take ashwagandha (Himalaya product) I have heard that gokshura and narasimha rasayana will be cure for the my both problem. Please somebody suggest me is it OK to take all this three and how much I should take. I'm going to gym and doing workout. And taking my diet but no result.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
