I am having a fluctuating back pain from upper back to lower back. I am 28 year old, I have a bit of history with this but I am a very adventurous and have recently started playing tennis and after I felt really good but I don't know if that is the reason for my back pain. Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Look to infected site whether discharge iscoming out, redness around the wound, whether the scar is fully healed, whether he is diabetics. Kno first & treat accordingly, it will be alright.

Yes, travelling on bike for such a long distance can cause your back pain. You need to do back exercises which will strengthen your back and give support to your spine. Also hot fomentation 3 times a day would help.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

There are various reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem, acute illness like malaria, typhoid are few of the reasons. It is important to understand the reason before starting any treatment. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. It is important to eat healthy food which is rich in all these. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent source of proteins. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist.

Back 7 Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

HI Dr. I recently had pain in fingers with swelling and redness at the figure joint adjacent to thumb. Afer consulting Dr. he identified it as a possible gout attack. I did all the blood test which were normal and uric acid was 6.6. So I was put on febuxostat for 15 days. When I was on 9 th day of treatment I had more pain. So I stopped it. Then I controlled my diet last week uric acid level was 4.5 just by diet control now last night I started getting pain in one knee. On left ligament side and today in hand elbow? what can be the reason for this? what should I do?

Avoid protein diets,bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. As with everything in the world excess of everything is bad. Take 60-80 gm of protein per day. 10-12 glasses of water is good enough.

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. From the kind of medications you have mentioned, you seem to be having active acne. It is better to aim for a glowing face after the acne have reduced. Mean while you can drink atleast 3 ltrs of water daily and eat vit" c" rich fruits such as oranges, sweet lime, guava and pomegranate. As vit" c" is known to lighten and brighten your skin. After your pimples have reduced, you can go for chemical peel treatment to a nearby medical cosmetologist/ dermatologist.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.
