Hello, this is a known side effect of pills to delay cycles. You may get a usg done for endometrial thickness and then if more than 9 mm, you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones again.

Hi, we can manage scalp psoriasis in a better way. U must have tried some steroidal lotions and some shampoos but disease will come back. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines .we can provide you a oil to be applied at night .U can apply same oil on scalp on sunday or holiday and sit in sun for 15 minutes. Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

TIPS TO STOP HAIR LOSS Use Natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. to massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. Have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. Hello, not every low back pain is sciatica. But if you say its sciatica then I believe you. Proper rehabilitation can cure sciatica completely. If it is due to disc herniation traction, electric modalities and exercises can do wonders. Many at times some conditions mimics sciatica. They are known as Pseudo sciatica. I hope you know the difference between the two before you come to any conclusion. Sciatica pain is heartening but can be cured if treated properly.
