Please begin few simple exercise like stretching, walking and simple Yoga, pranayama. Make friends. Eat the fresh foods and watch no TV for 3 months. If this does not help, get full body investigations to find out the problem. But I feel you will be ok.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Carrying excess weight on the body is the root cause of several diseases. Its good that nothing has happend, yet. You should now work on reducing your weight at the earliest. - To Lose Weight permanently. 1. First decide that you are aiming to be fit for life. - 2.There is no short term health plan. 3. Believe that you can achieve it step by step. 4. Take 40-60 mins daily for active fitness routines like Cardio etc. - 5. Cut down oils/sugar/maida/fried stuff from your diet. 6. Hi Nave en first of all let's solve acidity. Try to drink 3 litre water daily. Have lemon water after 20 minutes of breakfast lunch and dinner. Do not eat spicy and oily food for some days strictly. And then see the difference.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Weight loss has two components: 1. Healthy balanced diet 2. Exercise Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry. Exercise: Combination of cardio-vascular exercises and weight training can bring effective weight loss along with the diet. Running, jogging, cycling, swimming and dancing are some best forms of cardio-vascular exercises which burn fat instantly. Working out with dumbbells, push-ups, pull-ups, weight lifting are the exercises which help to tighten the loose muscles and shape your body.

All you problem like acidity and heart problem is due to bad food habits and obesity. According to your height your ideal weight should be75 kg. So you have to reduce 15 kg. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need diet and exercise schedule.

Hi user, the following remedies can help you in treating the problem of dandruff and give you healthy shiny hair. 1. You can apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp as it is extremely effective for treating fungal infections such as dandruff. 2. Applying mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage, finish the process by giving hot water fomentation. Mahabhringraj is a herbal oil used for treatment of hair related problems. 3. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. You can take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean, egg white and pulses and avoid foods that are junk, fried, spicy or fermented. It is also advisable to avoid tea and coffee. 4. You should apply only ayurvedic shampoo and avoid any synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama every morning.

Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

LOW BACK PAIN IN ATHLETES

  • After twenty one years of practice, I have come to the conclusion that low back problems occurring in athletes require more than the usual amount of attention. The symptoms of low back pain occurring in athletes can often behave in an extremely mystifying and confusing fashion. A combination of several factors add to this confusion.
  • First, athletes are highly motivated to participate in their treatment and sometimes carry to excess the advice given to the min an attempt to speed recovery. 
  • This over exuberant participation in the rehabilitation of their back problem very often delays rather than accelerates the healing process. A second point to be noted is that the athlete's or sportsman's enthusiasm to participate in their favorite pastime or sport leads them to return to full participation, often long before sufficient time has passed to allow for complete healing.
  • The third and certainly the most common source of confusion can stern from the frequent belief of athletes that the sole cause of their problem lies in their frequent participation in a particular sporting activity. Subsequently, this belief is reinforced by a health provider who all too often comes to the same conclusion. It is not difficult to reach this conclusion, for probably three out of five athletes who experience low back pain state that their pain appears after they have participated in sport or indulged in some equally vigorous activity.
  • The belief that pain appearing shortly after activity must be caused by the activity itself is widespread and understandable but unfortunately frequently mistaken.
  • The true cause of pain in these individuals is frequently the adoption of a slouched position following the thorough exercising of their joints . After exertion we usually sit down and relax:as we are tired, the relaxed sitting posture is adopted almost immediately. In other words, after vigorous exercising we collapse in a heap and slouch badly. Joints of the spine during the process of vigorous exercise are moved rapidly in many directions over an extended period of time. 
  • This process causes a thorough stretching in all directions of the soft tissues surrounding the joints. In addition, the fluid gel content of the spinal discs is loosened, and it seems that distortion or displacement can occur if an exercised joint is subsequently placed in an extreme posture. 

This is so often the cause of back pain in athletes and can be proven rather easily. 

  • If low back pain has in fact occurred as a result of participation in a sport, then recommending rest from activity would be appropriate advice. However, if the pain has appeared after the activity has been completed and has occurred as a result of adopting a slouched sitting posture, such advice would be entirely inappropriate. 
  • To advise an athlete to cease participation in his favourite pastime can have serious consequences, both emotional and physical .
  •  If you are an athlete, or if you participate in vigorous activity sand have recently developed low back pain, it is necessary to expose the true cause of this problem in order to treat your condition correctly and successfully: we must determine whether your pain appeared during the particular activity or whether it developed afterward. 
  • If the pain appeared during the activity itself, then your sport may well be the cause of the present problems. 
  • You may remember something which happened at the time of the activity and can describe what you felt at that moment. But a very large number of people who have back pain and participate in a sport never feel discomfort or pain while they are participating or competing; their pain appears after the activity.It is easy to determine if your low back problems are the result of slouched sitting. 
  • From now on,immediately after activity you should watch your posture closely and sit correctly with the low back in moderate lordosis supported by a lumbar roll For example, if you have completed a few sets of tennis, if you have finished a round of golf, or competed in a football game,you must not then sink into a comfortable lounge chair or slouch in the car when you drive home. 
  • You must sit correctly with posture maintained meticulously  Should no pain eventuate as a result of this extra postural care, the answer to your problem is clear and the responsibility for preventing further trouble is entirely your own. 
  • If you fall into the group of people who develop pain only after activity, it is undesirable for you to begin the exercises at the same time as commencing the postural correction. If the exercises are performed in conjunction with postural correction, it is impossible to determine from which source the improvement was derived. If your pain continues to appear after activity in spite of correcting your posture, it is possible that you have weakened or damaged some of the soft tissues in your low back.
  • Poor posture is often seen in athletes during intervals of non participation: for example when waiting their tum to high jump,throw the discus or bat at baseball. It is necessary to maintain good posture during these intervals as well as after completion of the activity.
