Balanced diet helps in controlling all disease and nutritional deficiencies aggrevate them. Abundand fruits and vegetables in diet have all essential nutrients with best bioavailability to the body. And so this diet is the balanced and most natural diet. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 2 to 3 katori, daal 2 to 3 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. (quantity are relative and to be varied depending upon total meal quantity) evening time fruits are also good. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. As these have all kinds of adulteration now a days with reports of urea level exceeding the limit even in mother dairy milk. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself. Have plenty of fluids and water daily.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hyperhidrosis is tough to treat. It takes a multi-disciplinary team of specialists to treat it. A physician, an endocrinologist, a psychiatrist and probably a surgeon all may have a role to play. Some patients do benefit with use of anxiolytic medicines. It would be best to see a physician first and then take it from there.

Generally pimples arise from an infection or indigestion, constipation, oily skin, dandruf etc. Mix a little cinemom with little honey and make a paste and apply it on each pimple with bud and allow to remain overnight. Wash off with luke warm water the next morning. Repeat it few days if necessary.

Metformin is a safe drug for long term use, provided you don't have any serious kidney disease. It is best taken AFTER food, twice daily.

I have pcod problem and since last 4 months had no menses. Recently getting slight pain in lower abdomen. Also have thyroid problem, in between have swelling on face and feet and drowsiness, not regularly. What to do? Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Dear, you can increase body power by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly.
