Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hi Sir, I want to increase muscles in my body by reducing fats, I am doing work out but I don't do cardio, I like to do the work out with heavy weight. You are doing regular fitness routine, that is good. Your weight is in control. You can reduce by about 4-6 Kgs at max. There is no medicine/supplement/herbs to reduce weight from the body. These are all myths. You can reduce your tummy by doing at least 20 mins of treadmill daily + 10 mins of abs based exercises. Your aim should be to have a streamlined body wherein every part of the body is lean and strong. Even a person like John Abraham spends 1-2 hours doing cardio and climbing stairs. Aim to have complete fitness. If you can't do treadmill then run in a park. Keep taking new challenges to keep your body fit and attractive.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

You may increase your weight by taking cal. Phos 12 x bstrum mur 12 x cal. Flour 12 x two tablets of each medicine at a time twice daily for 15 days. Also take alfafa tonic thrice in a day for one month.

Hi. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. ****For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must consult and take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

I want a diet chart to lose weight without any weakness. I am doing night shift job 5: 30 pm to 3 am. After that 3 am to 4 am I go for gym directly in office only. I am having tropicana cranberry juice daily around 350 ml. Kindly suggest me what to eat and what not to eat. Also let me know about spice which are harmful to me. I am very disappointed with my health. Around 2011 I was suffered from food poison. After that I started gaining weight suddenly. At that time I was around 55 - 60 kg. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Sadique, Losing weight with thyroid disorder and taking contraceptive pills is real challenge. The dietary advise, which does not take into account these factors will surely not work for you. Eating a low calorie food or low fat food will surely be not very effective for you. What you need to do is consult someone who can help you holitically - proper nutrition, right kind of exercise (just few min a day), stress management and sleep improvement. Making changes in all 4 aspect, will help bring the underlying hormonal disturbances under proper control and you will be able to find more energy, and more excitement into your life... weight loss will be just the byproduct! best wishes.

Hairspa help you smoothen your hair. It won't help with hairfall and dandruff. 1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing .Use ketocip shampoo twice a week. 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.
