Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.

Hi sir, I'm 23 years old male. Height 180 cm weight 72 kg. But I look very lean. My weight increased 4 kg in last two month but I look lean. Bone mass and muscle mass low. Beard not grown well. Penis also very small and my voice still not developed like male voice. Please tell solution.

Can sciatica cause testicle pain?
Having lower back pain and there is a mild pain in my butt groin limb and testicle.
Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

कमर दर्द मे वजन को न उठाये ज्यादा लचीले गद्दे का प्रयोग न करे छुक कर कोई काम न करे कोई करे की छुटने के काम से दूर और कमर सीधे कर दस मिनट रहे कमर के लिए सीधे लेट कर अपने घुटने को मोड़ कर दोनो हाथ से पकड़ कर 10सेंकीड रखे फिर र दूसरे घुटने को भी ऐसे ही करे तीसरे बार दोनो हाथ से दोनों घुटनों को 10सेकिड के लिए अपने सीने से जोड कर रखे ओर साथ मे सिकाई भी करे

relief from the treatment is variable according to age, duration of illness etc. Take trayodashang a guggal tabs, 3 tabs twice a day after meals. Take shallaki tabs, 1 tab three times a day after meals. Do gentle massage over the knee joints with mahanarayana oil, twice a day and do gentle hot fomentation. Get x ray done for assesing the damage of joint structure . Stop cold water and other cold eatables in your diet. continue the regime for 2 months. good luckl

Its not necessary every time HLAB27 give symptoms. Do your daily exercises mobility flexibility and some strengthening.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly. *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart. * You can take Guggalu tablets of Himalaya for fast relief. You can consult me privately for detailed and complete treatment.
