I'm a 33 years old working woman. I've migraine from past 2 years. I get sudden shooting pains that lasts for 2-3 days. Usually pain will be more on right side of head. I feel numbness on right side of face and arm. With consulting from a GP, I took sibelium for over a month but that didn't help. The same GP referred me to a Neurologist who prescribed eliwel 10 mg tablets for 3 months. Its side effects disturb my routine. In the past 8 months I've taken 2 courses of eliwel 10 mg. Please suggest me a best way out.

Pain in the chest especially on walking or excercise could suggest insufficient blood supply to your heart because of partial blockage. I would recommend you to consult a cardiologist or physician for the necessary tests.

Mr your sugar levels are not high enough to label you as having diabetes. So medication is not required. You fasting glucose intolerance (fgt). Pp level is with in 140 mg hence normal. What this means is you in a pre diabetic state. Do you have any family history of diabetes? if so then you to take extra care. Your bmi (body mass index) is 25.71 kg/m2 which is signifying over weight. To avoid possibility of developing t2dm exercise daily for more than 1 h every day, avoid direct sweets and sugar, deep fried foods, excess eating. Try and loose at least 6 - 7 kgs weight over next 3 - 4 months. Avoid smoking and alcohol. If you take these precautions you will probably remain free from diabetes.

yes ,with the ayurveda it's completly possible . ayurvedic medicines & some therapies like NASYA & VAMAN has shown best results in all bronchial asthma cases . inhaler have sideeffects on body in long run . u can consult privately . 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) Use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
