Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Mam, First of all and even before exercises I would like you to consult a dietician because with 102 kg weight no exercise can help you. I am sorry to put it this way but mam weight plays a significant role in knee osteoarthritis. Moreover, a leg is a single unit and any deformity at ankle level will affect you knee and vice-versa. I am really happy to know that you have already taken initiative and doing exercises but mam weight plays significant role. If you loose 30 kg weight your knee and ankle pain will reduce too provided you keep on doing exercises in a correct way. I really want Indian women to be strong and free of pain. So please mam consult dietician, exercise regularly, eat healthy and stay fit. I hope I helped you. THANK YOU!

Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be OA/Obesity DO hot fomentation. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Trapezius muscle strain is commonly due to improper posture when driving or working on computer or mobile or use of improper pillow. Such pain can be relieved by simple measures at home. 1) Take rest for 1-2 days. 2) Simple analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen to relieve pain 3) Application of ice pack helps in new onset pain in first 24 hrs. Later on application of warm pack will help. 4) Massage locally with analgesic cream 5) Perform neck stretches and trapezius muscle strengthening exercises once pain is decreased. 6) Follow good posture habits to avoid further increase in pain. Consult your doctor immediately if pain is persistent and progressive

Please help me out with this. I developed severe and apparently permanent adverse reactions as a result of Hepatitis B vaccine. About 4 years ago I was completely healthy and very athletic before this vaccination and have now suffered severe, debilitating autoimmune side effects from this vaccine. Would a referral to orthopedics or Rheumatology be better for my left shoulder pain, which isn't in both shoulders at once, just the left, previously I had no shoulder problems, I used to lift 100 KG but now I get left shoulder pain when I lift 50 KG and these started after vaccination. There's a measurable loss in stamina before the vaccine to how I am now, I experience breathlessness much earlier when I do cardiovascular exercise then before I had the vaccine. I have chronic fatigue and it is not improved by getting rest. I have a dry persistent cough when there's nothing to bring up. I have a constant pain while I'm seated, which is focused in one specific area, on the upper left side of my abdomen. This area hurts while I'm seated with my laptop or while I'm watching TV or while I'm seated on the bus. The pain is related to muscle movement and positional. The pain isn't there with change of position i.e. Standing up or lying down flat. Painkillers don't help. It's not my stomach because when I eat, I can feel the stomach processing food and the upper left abdominal pain both at the same time, and they are in two different locations. I suffered the residual effects of all these symptoms for more than 4 years. I'm having an Ultrasound scan soon and I've had normal blood tests all which came out fine.

For calcium deficiencies you need to give her calcium supplements. Also check her vitamin d level. For knee arthritis pain a heating pad or cold pack can feel really good on achy joints. Use whichever one feels better unless you have an injury, in which case cold is best for the first couple of days. You can apply cold or heat several times a day. Just remember to cover the cold pack with a towel and keep your heating pad at a low setting to avoid burning your skin. Whether you use heat or cold, remove it after 20 to 30 minutes. Physical activity is essential for people with osteoarthritis, whether it means walking around your apartment. Activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities you should avoid until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting see a physiotherapist for stretching and strengthening exercises of leg muscles. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

Physio can help especially if the tear is small and partial. All the exercises need to be done under the supervision of a physio for at least 3 weeks. Thereafter, depending on how well your son is doing, physio might advise to continue exercising at home for another 3 to 4 weeks. Yuvraj singh, suresh raina & manoj tiwari all have had ligament tears. So we hope that solves the second part of your question & serves as an encouragement in your testing times. Regards, team.
