Pls be mindful about eating. Sleep before 10 pm and wake up before 6.00 am. Drink 3 litres of water. Start doing activities that is sustainable in terms of time, efforts and money. Consume vegetables, legumes and fruits. Cut down on sugars and processed food. Refrain from eating out. You can lose 7 to 10 kgs just by following this.

Hi. You can consider starting a diet programme to lose weight and one hour of cycling for fitness. You will not lose considerable amount of weight unless you start a diet programme that will suit you.
