I have caught seriously cold. My chest seems to be empty. I am having serious cough. Should I bathe with water? Do I need to take any kind of medicine? please help, some time even I can't talk.

Use hot water. Use cough syrup. If running nose s there use t. Cetrizine 10mg at night. Avoid driving/working at night.

Don't worry. Do some mild exercise at evening. Avoid coffee. Tke light foods at night. Do shower before sleep. Review me after 7 days.

Skin rashes might be from heat allergies. Does it irritates? heat rashes occurs due mainly due to blockage of sweat gland. Is it swollen? any pustules?

Take light diet at night. Do mild exercise at evening and tk shower before food. Avoid coffee at day time/night.

I am 52 years old and had a angioplasty in march 2010 and on regular follow up now same doctor has advised for angiography. Further I have cervical spondolysis. Head always remain heavy. Please advise what to do?

Don't worry. Took physiotheraphy for cervical spondylosis. And avoid pillow while lyinig. Use collar for neck frequently. And take tab. Shelcall d3 one a day for a month with the advice of your cardio doc.

Ketosis is just a metabolic process wen body doesn't get enough energy. It burns fat. Leads to ketone xcssin tha body. Is it good or bad. That depends. Normally ketosis occurs in our body after exercise. Drink plenty of water and use skimmed milk. Take lot of cereals. Fat free foods. Avoid junk foods.
