1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soybean, sprouts, pulses and grains. 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Hair loss is most commonly caused due to stress. Other causes are nutritional deficiencies, old age, hormonal imbalance, dandruff and other scalp problems. For now try to do things to reduce your stress and take egg whites and biotin supplements. If things are still not controlled, please contact me for prescription.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Myopathy is usually a progressive disorder but sometimes it is self arrested. Do physiotherapy to prevent contractures & deformities. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Following may help inj dinabol 25 mg im weekly x 6wks. You will need other supportive medicines also. This disease does not affect the intelligence of the patient use your intelligence. You can work on computer etc. Keep your moral up. Keep me informed of your progress & follow up. God bless you.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, I guess you have tennis elbow. Avoid sports activity if any. Else avoid any activity which causes you pain (for the next 15 days). Do hot fomentation and apply volitra gel, 2-3 times a day and support your elbow with a 3' crepe bandage in day hours. Take indocap sr and pentop, one each twice a day for 7- 10 days. I hope you will settle. If not. Revert to me. Take care.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one bucket, hot means the temperature that you can bare, in another bucket take ice cold water, again temperature that you can bare. 1st immerse your foot in hot water for 3min then immediately in cold water for 1min, keep repeating for 20min. Dandruff is excessive shedding of skin on scalp. There are various types of scaling like psoriasis, pityriasis amentecia, dermatitis, seborrhoeic oleosa etc. It is important to understand the disease and treat it accordingly. Oiling is also must for scalp. Jaborandi hair oil is good for hair. Apply it 3/week at night and wash it daily with scalp cleanser. This will help you to settle with conditioning part of scalp. If scaling still persist then consult trichologist. Diet rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Consult trichologist for hair fall.

Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

The issue is that after the birth of my third child, the hair of my wife started to become weak, and she would experience a huge hair fall every day. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them.
