Hi, use good sunscreen spf 40 plus, for you age you can make face pack at home, take fresh curd add oats powder add pinch of turmeric add one to two drops of almond oil and apply on face you can replace curd with pappaya.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

4 Reasons To Keep Track Of Your Periods

Keeping track of your cycle probably doesn't sound that interesting or important, but you can benefit a lot by doing that. There are changes that your body goes through and there are specific times when you are ovulating; knowing all these would make your life a lot easier, which is only possible by tracking your period.

  1. Know about your body: Getting your period every 28 days has always been considered normal but only 15% of women get their periods on the clock. Many factors such as stress, illness, exercise, etc. can cause delay in  your period. This is where tracking your cycle can help you find the pattern that is specific to your body condition. During your cycle there are lots of changes happening in your body. The hormones cause a change in the fluid produced from your cervix and also lead the basal temperature of your body to increase. Monitoring these changes through tracking your cycle is known as the symptothermal method. By this way you know about how fascinatingly your body works.
  2. Desire to get pregnant: Tracking your cycle will help you get pregnant. During your cycle, there is a specific time which heightens the possibility of conceiving. The fluid production from the cervix due to hormonal change is the cause of such possibility. Knowing your cycle can take out the stress from trying to get pregnant and it can also help determine any abnormalities that are preventing your pregnancy.
  3. Avoid pregnancy: If you know the time when you are most likely to get pregnant through tracking, you obviously know when not to have sex, if you are trying to avoid pregnancy. Using symptothermal method for the purpose of birth control has proven to be 99.6% effective, which is higher than birth control medications.
  4. Health benefits: You can reap a lot of health benefits by tracking your cycle. Conditions like fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis are quite common in women, which can be detected by tracking your period. If anything is wrong in your reproductive system, the cycle will indicate it.

Causes of nasal bleeding 1. Nasal trauma (injury, exposure to warm/dry air for prolonged period, 2. Sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, dns, polyp/tumour in nose/sinus, nose picking 3. For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment. We are offering internal ayurveda medicine package. Manual lice and nit removal can help as well to get rid of lice naturally. Remove nits and lice using fine comb and then soak dry hair with white vinegar. Then wrap damp towel soaked in the vinegar around head for 30 – 60 minutes. Use a fine-tooth comb to mechanically remove nits after soaking.

My brother came from canada yesterday. He used to take some sleeping pills once in a while but only sometimes. But now when he's here these sleeping pills (very light) has no effect and hes unable to sleep properly. One of the doc suggested himalaya tagara but still it doesn't seem to work. He is not able to sleep and wakes up immediately even due to a small noise (due to snoring. Could anyone suggest a bit stronger medication that would knock him completely for like 7-8 hrs for proper sleep and also that he does not get affected by any small noises. Any help would be greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

Greying can only be stopped from further..Keep your scalp clean. Give space to iron and vitamin rich diet in your meal. Avoid smoking. Avoid caffeine, junk food, and alcohol. Ease stress. Do exercise. Never wash hair with hot water. Never comb your wet hair. Mix half a cup each or rosemary oil and sage. Add the mixture into boiling water for 30 minutes and steep for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool then apply it to your hair and scalp. Do this regularly to get rid of gray hair naturally.

As you r already suffering from pcod and both of you stay together only for 2-3 days, which has very less chance getting pregnant. You need to go for iui treatment with ovulation induction to increase your chance of getting pregnant. As this time you already had menses you can't be pregnant. If you r not sure then you can get urine pregnancy test done.

Hi, following small and frequent meal pattern will be helpful in burning calories and increasing your metabolism. It should include foods like whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, skimmed milk, lean meat, egg white, fish, skin out chicken, green leafy vegetables and plenty of water. Include healthy food options like green tea, oats, sprouts. Avoid refined carbohydrates, sugary foods, red meat, butter, margarine, oily and fried foods, junk foods, carbonated beverages. Do exercise daily either morning or evening depending on your convenience. Dinner should be light with less carbohydrate and moderate protein. Having early dinner and giving 2 hours of gap between dinner and sleep will help in gradual weight loss. Walking is the best option and brisk walking if tolerated. Initially start with 2 km and extend 1 km a week, in a month you can lose 2 kg in a healthy way. Take steps instead of lift and if the workplace is near to your residence try to go by walk. Try having lemon and honey in morning so that it boosts your metabolism.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. You need to go for scaling and bleaching. Avoid too much tea, coffee and chocolate. Tobacco products, alcohol and smoking also cause staining so avoid these if you take. Brush regularly two times daily. Rinse your mouth after each meal.
