Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne for hair take following oil 1. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Hello- yoga -with yoga one can expect increased flexibility, toning and strengthening. -you don't need any equipment, just some space around yourself to practice the various asanas. You save the travel time needed to go to a gym. -you don't feel the urge to bunk yoga sessions because of the convenience it offers. -after a yoga session one feels energetic and fresh. It helps to get rid of fatigue. -yoga does not increase hunger. -the ancient science of yoga has been developed in such a way that it acts on the internal organs of the body and benefits one not just physically, but mentally, intellectually and spiritually also. Gym -you need equipment for gymming and also you cannot do it at home. -not everyone can afford a gym at home. Your gym could be far from home and you might end up using precious time reaching there. -there are times when one tends to bunk gym sessions because of distance, weather, etc. -after a gym work out one may feel tired and having to deal with sore body parts. -a gym session may increase your hunger and lead to overeating. -gym sessions act more or less on the outer appearance and tone the muscles. -a gym workout mostly has only physical benefits and rarely offers mental stimulation.

My brother 25 years old. Had kidney stones of width 14 mm and 12 mm. Took ayurvedic medicine and stone came out. Will there is chance of formation again.

Yes, if proper diet is not followed and health is not taken care of there are chances that stones may reoccur. He needs to take some precautions for that will suggest you to bring him to me or contact me to get more details about stones formation and what should be done to stop re-occurrence of kidney stones. Kidney gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. A kidney stone is a hard mass developed from crystals that separate from the urine within the urinary tract. Normally, urine contains chemicals that prevent or inhibit the crystals from forming. Sir. My face is fully black except the place. Where beard grow. And when I change the location from city to village its completely blacked. As compare to city in village face blacked more. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)

Hello, there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc.

Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. Can anyone tell me some good exercises for pectus carinatum and get rid of it naturally?

Dear lybrateuser, You should do following exercises: Hands are placed behind the head and fingers interlocked. The elbows are pulled back as much as possible and the head and neck needs to remain straight. This posture causes the chest to fill out in front. Bend from the hips, forward and down, to a horizontal position. This position is held for 2-3 seconds. It is very important that the elbows, head, and neck remain straight during the exercise. Strengthening the Chest and Back Muscles Do 25 push-ups each day. Another exercise to strengthen the chest muscles: Lie with your back on the floor and with arms stretched out on each side. Place small weights in each hand. Keeping arms straight, bring them together over the chest. Do this exercise 25 times each Deep Breathing with Breath Holding: Do this exercise in the morning and evening. Stand up straight with the shoulders pulled back. Breathe in as deeply as possible and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat 20 times. Remember: Total exercise time should be no more than 10 minutes. This exercise program will not cure a severe pectus excavatum; however, it will help to correct poor posture, prevent progression of a mild pectus excavatum, make surgical correction easier and help prevent recurrence after bar .

Fungal infection is a menace both for the patient as well as the doctor due to widespread resistance ( because of self medication) leading to recurrence. Take general measures like keeping personal soap towel, washing your clothes separately. Not sharing clothes. Keeping body areas dry. Maybe can use some anti fungal dusting powder. Wearing lose clothes. Changing clothes frequently. Ironing and wearing clothes.

I am a diabetes patient. My PP is 410. I am suffering from cough and cold. Can anybody suggest a medicine for me.

Mr. Lybrate-user, your cough can be easily managed with some specific antibiotics and cough syrup, but most important is to control diabetes effectively, because 410 mg blood glucose is one of the main reasons for inviting infections and aggravating those. Plus at such a young age it absolutely essential for you achieve a very strict glucose control. Fasting should be around 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml. Hba1c%<6.8. So please take care of that. It may be necessary to upgrade current treatment, with some additional drugs. It will be good if you come with all the details as mentioned above plus dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. Treatment of grey hair is pretty challenging. I would advise you biotin and calcium pantothenate combination tablets for atleast 6-8 months. Apply altris gel containing melitane, which is a new compound shown good results in premature greying of hair. Also, a novel hair sunscreen cum hair serum q sera black has shown good results in prevention of hair damage from sun and pollution.
