I am male 23 years I want to remove some of my hairs from my face like beard by LASER does it has any side effect.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
Side effects of Laser treatment are 1.Pain you can feel pain & discomfort after the Laser procedure. 2.Redness/swelling and/or itching Facial redness (erythema), swelling, and even itching are common post-laser side effects. These symptoms will usually subside after a few days, though "pink" skin may linger for many weeks later. 3.Sensitivity to the sun Since cosmetic lasers pretty much heat or damage your skin to encourage it to heal, it is no wonder that laser skin treatmentswill make your skin more sensitive to the sun. 4.Changes in skin pigmentation light skin people and dark skin both kinds of skin tones have a risk of hypo-pigmentation (lightening of the skin) or hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin). 5.Bruising Depending on the type of laser skin treatment, bruising could be one of your side effects. 6.Demarcation line A demarcation line represents a change in your skin color where the cosmetic laser was applied and where the laser was not. If this happens, it usually shows up around the eyes, lips, and jaw lineof your face. 7.Infection Infection is not a very common side effect, but it can happen, especially with some of the more invasive cosmetic laser treatment. 8.Scarring lasers can be used to treat scars yet cause scarring on your skin. 9.Blistering, scabbing, and/or crusting These are moderate to severe side effects of cosmetic lasers. 10.Fat loss Fat loss, especially facial fat loss, is more common with Laser treatments

Hello sir, my mother eyes surrounding have dark black sports from long time about 15-20 years . Please suggest treatment, cream or other way to remove it.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, You mean dark circles? Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 7-8 hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Stay away from alcohol and smoke. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Wear sunglasses also when you’re out in the sun to prevent you from squinting and to protect your eyes. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Use Bakson's Under eye cream twice daily. Apply Bakson’s Suncare sunscreen 15-20 minutes before going under the sunlight. Revert me there after.

Hai I am jhon I am loosing my hair very badly when combing and when rubbing the hair with fingers is there any shampoo or oil to control hair fall.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Humans loose 70-100 hairs a day, we shed them just like other mammals. When shedding occurs the hair's bulb is detached from the follicle and falls out. But often the weight and pressure from the surrounding hairs actually keep the shed hairs in place until you pull on them. This is why people notice the most hair loss in the shower nd combing , when the pressure is removed and those hairs are allowed to fall. You do not have a problem unless you start seeing actual bald spots or massive general thinning. Hairs fall and regrow at regular intervals and this process goes on .

Vaidya Visharad

To soften rough hair, use fenugreek seeds. Powder the seeds and add water to make a thick paste. For visible results, apply regularly on the scalp for a month at least. You can also apply warm oil with lime and egg on the scalp. Wrap head in a warm towel. Leave until it cools and wash thoroughly. Repeat twice a week to soften hair.

Hi. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. M 20. M suffering from serious skin tanning. How can I remove tan from face n body.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice, then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with spf 40 will help to prevent tan in the indian climate. If you mean black spots, then apply bio- vally's skin lightening cream. Adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin.
