I am 19 years old. Mere teeth me aj subah se halka halka sansnahat ho rahi h ya phir halka pain h pta nhi iska reason kya hoskta h. Or right side me ek teeth me kafi hole h jisme black black bhi h.

Dentist, Gurgaon
this sansanahat is nothing but sensitivity. as you said you have hole in one of your teeth, this is because of cavity in that tooth. when tooth decay becomes deeper, the pain feels like spreading or radiating within the whole jaw, which appears more relevant in that particular tooth but mild along the jaw, moreover like sensitivity. visit a dentist soon, you need a root canal treatment for this tooth.

Soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices should be consumed in a limited quantity because they are acidic in nature. Acidic food or drinks often soften the tooth material which leads to the dissolution of minerals from the tooth enamel, resulting in cavities (holes).

Mere honth me chhale aaye hai. Aur bohat jalan ho rahi hai. Khana bhi khaye nahi ja raha hai. Aap kuch ilaj bataye plzzz.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with gum strengthening procedures. Use sensoform gum paint until then. You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. I am 20 years old. I am feeling embarrassed with pyria. Can I get a solution for this?

It seems you might be having periodontal problem. C/as pyorrhea. You need to get rid of it. It needs aggressive therapy. You need to make a habit of rinsing your mouth everytime you eat something and brush regularly (once in the morning before meals and once at night after dinner, add a mouthwash for better oral hygiene. If the problem persist, you need to consult a dentist for more specific diagnosis and treatment would be tailored accordingly.

Apply mucopain gel on the wound and then have food. Mucopain gel will numb the wound. You can use the gel 4 to 5 times a day. The wound will heal in 2 weeks.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab dentaforce dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Hello Doctor I am achal jain. I am 30 year old man and I have cavity and teeth bleeding problem for last 2 month what should I do please tell me. Thanks.

BDS
Dentist, Bangalore
For cavities you have to go for filling of teeth from dentist. Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

All About Dental Implants

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, BDS
Dentist, Hyderabad
All About Dental Implants

Dental implants are surgical fixtures that are inserted into the jawbone to allow fusing over a span of few months. The implant works as a root replacement for a missing tooth. Eventually, this artificially placed tooth root helps in holding the bridge (partial denture) or the replacement tooth firmly. Dental implants are even designed to match your natural teeth, rendering a strong foundation to both the removable and the fixed replacement teeth.

Are you a candidate for Dental Implants?

Dental implants are used to replace a single tooth, several teeth, or all of the teeth. The goal of teeth replacement is to restore function as well as esthetics.

When it comes to tooth replacement, dental implants is of the three options available. Deciding on which option to choose depends on many factors. Specifically for dental implants, these factors include:

  • location of missing tooth or teeth,

  • quantity and quality of the jawbone where the dental implant is to be placed,

  • health of the patient,

  • cost,

  • patient preference.

A dental surgeon examines the area to be considered for the dental implant and makes a clinical assessment of whether the patient is a good candidate for a dental implant.

Here are a few advantages of getting a dental implant done:

  1. Improved Appearance: Dental implants provide an almost natural look to the teeth. Since they are designed in a way to amalgamate with your bone, they subsequently become permanent.

  2. Enhanced Speech: Dental implants let you speak effortlessly and without the scare of your teeth slipping inside the mouth and meddling with your speech; which is otherwise a common phenomenon with ill-fitted dentures.

  3. More Comfort: Since the implants become a part of you, they do away with the hassles accompanying removable dentures.

  4. Easier Eating: Sliding dentures might pose difficulty while chewing. Dental implants help you with an almost painless eating experience owing to the fact that they function just the way your original teeth would.

  5. Improved Oral Health: There is no need of reduction or alteration of the surrounding teeth in order to support the implants. Hence most of the teeth are left just as they are, improving one’s oral hygiene.

  6. Durability: Implants are tough and resistant, and can last a lifetime if taken proper care of.

  7. Convenience: Dental implants spare one the inconvenience that is so common with removable dentures and at the time of fixing them to their place with messy adhesives.

Healthy gums and strong jaw bones are the only two requisites for a dental implant. Maintaining good oral hygiene and visiting or consult a dentist regularly should be at the top of the priority list after getting the implants done. However, one needs to put in the same amount and quality of care (read brushing and flossing) to the dental implants as one would’ve had to his/her original teeth. A thorough rinse with the help of an antibacterial mouth wash is a must along with periodic dental check-ups.

If severe mobility is there then go for extraction and get them replaced. If the mobility is not considerable then you can go for splinting of your front teeth and try to avoid biting from front teeth.

My 6 year old daughter having bed smell problem from mouth at time of wake up in morning. Please guide us for solve this problem.

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
Either you or her mother will just have to take care of the basic hygiene. Please make sure you make her brush and rinse her mouth before she goes to bed at night. Try to avoid giving her milk or anything else to eat or drink after that. Get her to rinse her mouth immediately after she gets up in the morning. And then ensure she brushes her mouth in the morning as well. Also, please check her teeth to see if there are any cavities in any of her teeth or see a Pediatric Dentist for the same.

Please tell me that remove process and which process is best for permanent teeth remove and any side effect after that remove and any it's painful for health.

BDS
Dentist, Surat
Tooth removal is a quite simple process except when a wisdom teeth is planned. Procedure:- Doctor may prescribe you few medication before planned procedure. Gives you appointment On the day of appointment, doctor prepares you for the procedure, gives you injection in the mouth which contains anesthesia, this results in to the numbness of the area from where the tooth is planned to be removed. Doctor may use various instruments to remove the tooth, which may include forceps. Depending upon the tooth, it may also require to lift little bit of gum tissue. After the removal doctor may ask you to bite down on the cotton ball of 1 hour and will give you few instructions like, do not spit or gargle for 24 hours, avoid eating hard, sticky and hot food for that day. Thats it!:)
