Please note the following in respect to your queries: 1. Move. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. 2. Avoid all sugar and ‘hidden’ sugars like high-fructose corn syrup. 3. Keep your immune system in great health. 4. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. 5. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent.

How to overcome over thinking? I am 20 years old male. I am constantly thinking and getting worried. Mostly concerned topics are career, job, money, relationships, sex life, getting a good physique. I also agree to the fact of not being patient. I sometimes feel I talk to myself but may be that's what I think. I am confused and not on track as I used to be. I am about to complete my civil engineering and have left with no interest in this field. Parents suggest me to try for UPSC. I lost my friends due to my ego. May be I don't have anyone to talk to. But as I get anyone, I do not feel like trusting. I am sorry for lengthy details. Your help is well anticipated. Thank you.

Practical Solutions for the Itchy Penis Emergency

Practical Solutions for the Itchy Penis Emergency

When a man is suffering from an itchy penis, it can seem like that's the only thing in the world. It can distract him from conversations, keep him from completing important work, and send him out of the room in a flash to find a private place where he can scratch or some relief from the penis itch. But a man can't always find that privacy when he needs to deal with the awful itchy penis that might plague him at the most inopportune time. Fortunately, there are a few good ways to deal with a serious penis itch emergency, starting with good penis care and ending with a few quick options for the scratch that simply must happen.

How to avoid the itchy penis

Of course, the first line of defense against a penis itch is to avoid it in the first place. This can be achieved through several different aspects of a good penis care regimen.

1) Always ensure the penis is clean. A clean penis, one that has been met with excellent hygiene on at least a daily basis, can make an itchy penis a thing of the past. A man should shower at least once a day, using a gentle cleanser on the penis and surrounding area each time. He should take care to gently exfoliate the penis with a soft cloth, then pat dry when he gets out of the shower.

2) Moisturize. A good moisturizer can help ensure that all that good hydration stays locked in. A guy can reach for a moisturizing cream, or he can look for a promising penis health crème that contains lots of Shea butter and vitamin E for hydration.

3) Watch out for allergens. A man who has just changed to a new detergent, slept in the sheets of a new partner or even tried out a new cologne that he accidentally sprayed 'down there' might notice rashing, irritation and a penis itch. If any of these things turn out to cause itching, it's time to rethink the situation and figure out how to avoid whatever the problem might be.

4) Check for medical issues. Some penis rashes and other complications can come about because of a nasty penis infection. A yeast infection is the most common of these issues that can leave a man with an unbearable itch. A guy might also look out for eczema, psoriasis and other conditions that might lead to dry, irritated skin.

How to alleviate the itch

If a guy has tried everything he can to ensure a penis with no itch but then finds himself dealing with the urge to scratch anyway, there are a few surreptitious ways he can do what he needs to do without causing embarrassment for himself or anyone else.

  • A guy can start by getting behind something, such as a desk or chair, or even hold something in front of him, like his suit jacket or a briefcase. With his free hand, he can gently hitch up his pants, say by pulling on the belt. This can create enough movement to scratch the itch. He can also slip his hand into his pocket as if he were reaching for his phone, and scratch quickly before he pulls the phone out.
  • A guy can also do the quick turn-around to look at something on the desk behind him, to take a look around the corner, or to answer his phone and turn quickly away from the group as if he is trying to hear the caller better. Each of these options get him out of the line of sight just long enough for one solid scratch.
  • But if that's not enough, a guy should start using a specially formulated penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). As mentioned earlier, a crème that contains Shea butter and vitamin E is by far the best option, as that one-two punch of hydration can ease even the itchiest penis problem.

I have read your query and understand your concerns. Headaches causes are several, these are divided in two main groups: -1- primary headaches (migraine, tension type, cluster headaches, ice pick headaches etc.) primary means that there is no a brain structural cause. -2- secondary headaches, or headaches caused by other conditions such high blood pressure, sinusitis, occipital neuralgia, increased intracranial pressure etc. Treatment depends on the exact type of headaches. Primary headaches are treated with common painkillers, secondary headaches are improved after successful treatment of the underlying causes. It is necessary for a detailed information about the headaches such distribution, duration, frequency, worsening and improving factors, other accompanying symptoms and general health condition, in order to identify the type of the headache. Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further, greetings.

I'm 24 year old male and I'm suffering from hairloss I don't know how I control hair problem.
Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Apply coconut oil liberally on all scalp when your hairs are dry. This will reduce hair fall.

You need instant results, for that you will to have to go on a crash diet, but that is not healthy, you might have adverse effects, so better go for eating balanced meals with proper meal timings and increase fiber in your diet in the form of fruits, salads, whole grains etc.
