Dear Lybrateuser, -Try to avoid any tablet at your age for intercourse -lead a healthy lifestyle with a well balanced diet & regular exercise for 30-40 min a day, also do kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles, 2-3 times a day, also yoga & deep breathing are helpful -all tablets have similar side effects & should be avoided so as to prevent any adverse effect on the heart & other organs.

Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

You should get cleared by trade mill testing under a cardiologist before safely taking gym practice. There they continuously record and study your ecg, heart rate and bp during your progressively hard running under supervision.

Blood lipid levels may exhibit mild seasonal variation with a drop in the summer and total cholesterol levels peaking in the winter. The variation can be up to 5 mg/dL,
Serum total and HDL-cholesterol can be measured in fasting or non-fasting individuals. There are only small clinically insignificant differences in these values when measured in the fasting or non-fasting state.

The total cholesterol can vary by 4 to 11 percent within an individual due to multiple factors including stress, minor illness and posture. Values may also vary between different laboratories, with data suggesting that a single measurement of serum cholesterol can vary as much as 14 percent. Therefore in an individual with “true” serum cholesterol concentration of 200 mg/dL, the range of expected values is 172 to 228 mg/dL.

More than one measurement of total cholesterol should therefore be obtained when treatment considerations demand a precise determination. Measurement of serum HDL-C and triglycerides may demonstrate even greater variability.

A standard serum lipid profile consists of total cholesterol, triglycerides, and HDL-cholesterol. Lipid profile should be performed after 12 to 14 hours of fasting to minimize the influence of postprandial hyperlipidemia. One can use either plasma or serum specimen. Potassium need to be checked 2 to 4 weeks after starting Telma. Excess leafy vegetables ,fruits and juices call further increase potassium. So pl check the same once.

it is rich of fiber things..which reduced cholesterol in blood. Avoid bad habits .Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Hello lybrate user, - though you are taking right home remedy, the way of taking is wrong. - garlic is a good antihyperlipidemic medicine but it shld not be taken in empty stomach directly. - of course that might be causing burning foot. - so take lashunadi vati instead of direct garlic - avoid taking oily and heavy foods like cheese paneer - you need some brisk walk and adopt some yogasanas which really help you to reduce the cholesterol levels.
