My wife is 28 years old her breast size is small what is the solution? Please advise.

Advanced Aesthetics, M.Ch - Plastic Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS

Breast enlargement. Silicone implants are the gold standard world over, very short operative procedure with very gratifying results. The creams and capsules have never actually worked, but since every one is not immediately ready for surgery so the companies use these gimmicks to market their products. If there is lack of substance then augmentation with a silicone implant is the best choice and a gold standard procedure. It is a day care procedure and you are discharge in a very short time from the hospital and it brings about an instant change in breast size and self esteem. Almost 10 crore implants are in use and so it is extremely safe. For more details, consult.

Know the fact about fairness cream

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
Know the fact about fairness cream

In spite of existing multi-million dollar market of fairness products in the country, the question of how impactful these products are? keep dwindling in consumer's mind. Our skin color is determined by our race and genetic lineage which in turn decides the amount and structure of melanin. Fairness creams can only work to a certain extent. As per dermatology studies, achieving fairness up to 20% is possible, but not more than that. The fairness creams only block sun rays and prevent secretion of melanin. Thus, help in reducing tan and restoring natural skin.

Side effects of fairness creams
Extreme use of fairness creams can rather lead to severe skin damage. Fairness creams contain harmful bleaching agent such as hydroquinone, mercury, lead, nickel, chromium and high levels of steroids that cause following problems:
- thinning of the skin
- discoloration of the face
- capillaries become prominently visible
- severe acne
- hypersensitivity to the sun
- rebound paradoxical pigmentation
- unwanted facial hair growth
- skin allergy
- skin cancer thus these creams should always be used judiciously only under the supervision of a certified dermatologist.

Do's and don't
What to do
- apply moisturizer daily during the day and before going to bed
- wash your skin with clean water at least thrice a day
- use sunscreen lotion to prevent tanning and harsh UV rays damaging skin
- use fairness cream preferably aloe based. It works well for inflammation and tanned skin for Asian weather.
- usage external barriers like umbrella and shades while going out.
- drink 6-8 glasses of water every day
- have anti-oxidant rich fruits
- increase the intake of vitamin c. It increases cell turnover, helps protect against sun damage, and boosts the production of collagen and elastin, the two vital component of healthy and glowing skin.
- exfoliation is one of the most important steps in maintaining your youthful glow. We recommend weekly exfoliation to brighten the skin tone. Regular use of an exfoliation removes the oldest dead skin cells that cling to the skin's outermost surface or epidermis. It is an important part of both facials and body treatments.

What not to do

- do not support the common trend of fair skin and the stigma of being dark
- avoid excessive bleaching in alternate weeks. Comprising of ammonia and hydrochloric acid primarily these ingredients can cause both minor and severe burn.
Avoid products that encourage acne breakouts
The truth is we don't need white skin to show our beauty, if you have healthy, beautiful, dark complexion, learn to love yourself. Your healthy and shiny skin is everything to impress whosoever will notice you. Do not trust every advertisement blindly, stay happy.

I don't know weather I have gynecomastia or not. But most of the time I am suspicious about it in my nipples area which are pointed when flaccid. How can I consider that this is gynecomastia or it isn't?

MCh Plastic Surgery, MS - General Surgery
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Bangalore
Gynecomastia is very common in males and even common in over weight people. Gynecomastia has both fat and gland component and the consistency depends on the body fat. Irrespective of whether it is fat or gland the treatment is same. Though not a medical problem it requires treatment for cosmetic reasons. The procedure is a day care surgery with liposuction and gland excision. No creams or tablets work for this. Cost may vary between 45-70 thousand. You can consult in private with your photographs.

I am 18 year old frustrated of hair fall what to do.
And I am too thin what to do for both.
Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. If you are interested, please let me know- *since how long you have this problem? * do you have dry or oily skin? *do you have dandruff? * have you history of any serious illness. * do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. * is it hereditary in your family? you may opt for private consultation.

Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time.

Hello lybrate-user, Dandruff comes when you have a very dry scalp. Try taking a head bath for alternate days. Sometimes some shampoos also cause dandruff, try avoiding Shampoos with Conditioners as they sometimes irritate your skin. Natural Methods: 1. This method helps some people with dandruff: Take some coconut oil and add some methi seeds and mint leaves to it and boil the oil for 5 mins. Let the oil cool down and leave it aside for a period of four hours. Later Drain the coconut oil into a seperate bottle and use it before a head bath, Massage the oil on your scalp and leave it for 2 hrs and later wash it with a shampoo, You can leave it over night if you wish to.
