Pregnancy test doesn't tell about weeks of pregnancy. It's either positive or negative. Get ultrasound done around 8 weeks.

No harm in getting the thought and becoming wet due to the stimulation. its absolutely normal to a women of your age to be having the thoughts and the release of the secretion. Do not try to control it let it will cause you a feeling of guilt. leave it and over a period of time that will automatically come down and the secretions also will become less. for the time being divert your mind to the other things when the sexual urge comes and try to contrlo mind by restricting its wanderings. good luck

I am 20 years old I have problem with my nipples as they are projected out in dress. I do not prefer padded braziers as they are not health friendly. Request you to advise me on what measures other than that (padded one) to be taken to avoid it completely so that I am able to wear any type of dress.

Non-adhesive little silicone covers called: Dimr’s are the solution for u. They are smooth, easy to put in any bra, and you can avoid padded bra.

Yes, hymen breaks after first sex, it is confirmed. If the hymen is very thick then it may be that it won't bleed after first sex.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. As you have diabetes before pregnancy, it is essential to control it strictly with Insulin as being done now. Ideally blood glucose has to be maintained between 90 to 120 mg all through the day. (Fasting and PP). Your fasting looks good. What may be needed is to increase the Insulin dose pre lunch and Pre dinner by about 2 units. You will have to monitor glucose at least 4 to 6 times a day. Maintain a proper chart of Insulin dose and glucose level. Complications of uncontrolled diabetes are many on pregnancy. Major problems are improper growth of the baby, macrosomia (big baby over 3.5 kgs), unpleasant out comes of pregnancy like miss carriage. If you have any doubts please come back. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user My opinion is that first of all you get a fresh ultrasound done so that status of fibroids existing in uterus is known. Presence of fibroids in uterus affects outcome of pregnancy. Based upon this you should decide your treatment plan. If fibroids still exist, then plan should be to remove fibroids along with tubal blockage opening. If fibroids do not exist right now then you have two options 1. Go for IVF, without wasting time 2. Consider laparoscopic with concomitant hysteroscopic surgery. The decision for undergoing surgery should be decided with caution as 1. Previous operative history put you on 'risk' of adhesions in pelvic area, which are amenable to re-develop after second surgery as well. 2. Considering re-surgery, as well, natural conception chances exist but are reduced. It is also advisable that you should visit an expert who is well versed with advanced laparoscopic & hysteroscopic surgery skills. Before undergoing this you must also take an opinion of IVF specialist / Reproductive Medicine specialist. Hope this opinion helps you.
