You should give syp coriminic 5 ml three times a day with steam of plain water twice a day for 3 days.

My baby 20 months old had cold and nasal congestion. I gave her ascoril flu 0.6 ml twice a day for 3 days. For two days she was fine. But yesterday again she had nasal congestion. Saline drops is not comfortable for baby. What to do. Should I want to give ascoril flu again.
