It means you might have a cavity. Which needs a filling or root canal treatment. Kindly get it checked by the dentist. And get an xray done to understand the depth of cavity.

Filling your stomach full before the root canal treatment is surely a good idea because the process sometimes takes as long as 3 hours.

I have dental problem. Bleeding in gums, gums are swelling and foul breathe. What to do? Some home made remedies.
Bleeding gums with swelling and foul breath are indicative of gum disease due to improper hygiene leading to tartar accumulation on your teeth. You need to visit your dentist and gets thorough dental cleaning done to get rid of the problem. After that you can maintain your teeth and gums by following the routine cleaning protocols. No home remedy will remove the tartar from your teeth. Some remedy may reduce the bleeding for the time being but any delay in getting the tartar removed may lead to recession (root ward movement) of your gums.

Dear Lybrate User, From the description of your symptoms, it seems that the pan particles got stuck up between the gums overlying your wisdom tooth or probably in a cavity that has formed somewhere on your tooth. Just try to clean that area gently with a toothbrush and use a lukewarm water mouthrinse with a pinch of salt added, 3-4 times daily. Eating excessive amounts of pan, gutka and tobacco in any form is definitely harmful for the teeth, gums and surrounding oral tissues and may lead to oral cancer, if not limited. You are advised to consult your local dentist at the earliest so that the actual problem may be diagnosed and you can get rid of your trouble.

I have white coated tongue. This is since 2 years. I brush 3 times a day and clean the tongue every time. I took b complex and bifilac but no change. There ere red dots which are non painful. Please suggest.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

The red dots are the papillae of the tongue. And not a disease. White coating can be cured by homoeopathic treatment..

Gum diseases can be easily treated at the initial stage itself. Visiting a dentist and getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed can stop the disease then and there.
