Hi Doctor. I spoke to you a few days ago about my inconsistent stool. I am writing you again because over the last few days, my face and ears feel warm. It does not seem like im flushing, they just feel warm. these are tumors that are slow growing and they start in the digestive track. Even though I had that CT scan in november, they might not have shown up them right? I know they say these are common in age 60 and older but im 28 and a smoker. Can you help?

you are smoker how many cigarette you smoke daily.there are smokers cogh syndrome. and irrirritated of throats this is the effect of nicotine and caffeine. you do regular warm saline gargle twice daily. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. have plenty of water by mouth. it will be alright.

Hello Doc, I'm using himalaya hairzone solution for hair loss and hair regrowth since 7 months. It has completely stopped my hair loss. But it has given me only a minimal amount of hair regrowth. I'm facing a temporary hair loss. Also it's alternative is himalaya anti hair loss cream. It also contains same ingredients i.e. Palasha and palashabheda. Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight: helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :improves metabolic activity and helps reducing weight. 3- Split meals and eat in moderate amount 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat food slowly & chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs: regular brisk walking for 30 min. five times a week is best .Cycling, swimming, dancing can also be done. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods ,meat,fats and sweets.  9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats and include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour .Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks . 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated.  11.Fresh vegetables and fruits: .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hey well I recently went to the doctor to see if anything was wrong with me. Because my vagina was feeling funny & had white & Grey discharges. So they had did a swab and it was BV that I had. And I never ever had that before. So they gave me some antibiotics called Flagyl. I took this 3 months ago for bladder infection and I didn't get yeast afterwards. So this time if I take it do you think I will get it ? Or do you think the BV will reoccur. To be honest I don't how I got this. I had no symptoms, not even after inter course. Folks said that it can be from unprotected sex. Or with many sex partners or a new one. And I do not think it could be from that because. Me & my boyfriend has been together for 10 months and we had sex many times unprotected and I never had that problem plus we are not seeing other people or cheating and he washes very good. I think its the a.fter affect on the depo shot I was once taking .after I got off I had gotten yeast infection but I've been off for a while now. So what could be the cause of me getting BV ? I always use antibacterial soap but not any other scented things. What if it comes back then what should I take besides flagyl. I even tried water & peroxide. It works for my family but not me as I suspected.

For most women bv does not cause problems. Just a course of mild antibiotic may be sufficient. It is not due to sexual activity, but personal hygiene before and after sex may be important in preventing the symptoms due to bv. Do not too many local antiseptics, douches or liquid wash. It kills the normal bacterial flora in the vagina and gives chance for others to grow. This change can cause abnormal discharge but is usually self limiting. When you bathe, limit soap usage to the exterior only. Change underwear frequently. Maintain normal health and hygiene. Symptoms should subside.

Sex duration of 30-60 min is in human and unnatural. You and your wife will suffer pain, instead of pleasure. Normal duration is around 10 min.

TRy the tension relieving methods like To be a safe and predictable person for those around you at work and at home, it is essential that you are able to maintain your composure when you feel like your 'buttons' are being pushed. This strength will help you to achieve your goals in business as well as your goals for your personal relationships. 1. Share negative emotions only in person or on the phone. E-mails, answering machine messages, and notes are too impersonal for the delicate nature of negative words. What feels like a bomb on paper may feel like a feather when delivered in person. 2. Pepper your responses with the phrase, "I understand" This phrase will support your goals when the tension is high and you need to find common ground to form compromises or agreements with the other party. 3. Take notice when you feel threatened by what someone is saying to you. Resist the temptation to defend yourself or to "shut down" the other person's communication. It will take this kind of discipline to become an open, trusting communicator. 4. Practice making requests of others when you are angry. It is often much more useful to make a request than to share your anger. For example, if the babysitter is driving you crazy by leaving dirty dishes in the sink, it is better to make a request of them than to let your anger leak out in other ways such as by becoming more distant. 5. Try repeating the exact words that someone is saying to you when they are in a lot of emotional pain or when you disagree with them completely. This mirroring technique can keep both the speaker and the listener 'can notered' in a difficult conversation, especially when the attitude of the person doing the mirroring is to gain understanding of a different point of view. 6. Take responsibility for your feelings to avoid blaming others. Notice when 'blame shifting' begins to leak into your speech. "I feel angry when you are twenty minutes late and you don't call me" is much better than, "You make me so mad by being late. 7. Learn to listen to the two sides of the conflict that you are in as if you were the mediator or the counsellor. If you can listen and respond in this way you will bring peace and solutions to the conflict more quickly. For example, in response to an employee's raise request, you might say, "On the one hand I understand that you really need the raise, and on the other hand I represent the company, whose funds are very scarce at this time. Is there a way that I can work on your compensation package that does not involve cash? Here, the mediator's point of view can look for the creative compromise that takes into account the limits and the needs of both parties. 8. Take a playful attitude towards developing the skill of emotional self-control in high conflict situations. You could view maintaining self-control in a tense, angry conversation as an athletic feat. You could also view developing this skill as similar to working out at the gym with weights - the more that you use your self-control muscle the bigger it will grow and the easier it will be to remain calm when tension is great. 9. Wait a few days to cool down emotionally when a situation makes you feel wild with intense feelings, such as rage. As time passes, you will be able to be more objective about the issues and to sort out the truth about the situation more clearly. 10. Make a decision to speak with decorum whenever you are angry or frustrated. If you give yourself permission to blow up, people will not feel safe around you. They will feel that you are not predictable and will carry 'shields' when they are near you. The fear and walls of others will not support your goals for success in relationships or at work.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Hi, you should go for little bit walk and exercise. Take lukewarm water with half spoon cinnamon powder. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Take proper sleep. Avoid late night dinner. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
