I have difficulty in walking and through calf pain and low back acts. According to reports my EHL is weak and DTR is absent. MRI report-facet joint arthrosis is seen at L4-5 and L5-S1 along with laminectomy. Cystic lesion at T12-4 splaying of nerve roots and kinking of conus. Narrowing of respective neural foramina.

I am loosing my hair day by day I am now bald what should I can do for save my hair give me suggestions.
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. Common reasons behind hair fall are 1) lack of essential nutrients in the body 2) improper and unhealthy dietary habits 3) hormonal imbalance 4) certain medications, 5) dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, 6) anemia and thyroid issue 7) increased body heat 8) stress and tension etc. 9) use of hard water to wash hairs tips to stop hair loss 1) use natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. To massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. 2) have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. 3) start taking ayurvedic hair nutrition supplement. 4) keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. 5) get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated. 6) milk with 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach 7) avoid hard water to wash your hairs.

1-pashanbheda-(burgenia ligulata) powder 50 gm + hajral yahood-pathari ber powder 50 gm mix properly take 2-3 gm (half tea spoon) with coconut water in morning empty stomach and with plain cane sugar juice in evening - not in night 2- gokshuradi kwath 15ml + varunadi kwatha 15 ml twice daily after food 3- amla powder 6-7 gm at bed time with warm water avoid tomato, cabbage, tinned juices etc. Continue for 3-4 months, record site, size of calculi before and after every month and report

To increase weight and or control diabetes take small amount of foods frequently.Take foods 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.No underground vegetables,banana,pumpkin.Use lots of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take unrefined foods small amount.Take extra protein to gain weight and to control diabetes.Use small amount of healthy fats.Take walnut,almond,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.But not during meals.Use nutritional supplement to control sugar and to gain weight.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Follow the following tips :- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Just do not focus on only weight gain. Try to be healthy or disease free. Do not take any weight gaining market priducts. Eat fresh food. Take morning walk daily. Do some normal exercises daily. It will b incresed do not worry.

I am 23 year old. I feel tried in doing any work in very less time and feel weakness. What should I do.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

- The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. - Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body. - This is the best path to good health and happiness.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
