I have a problem of pimple and my skin is oily and I frequently take medicine so can you help me with this?
●Acne is a skin disease that involves the oil glands at the base of hair follicles. •Acne commonly occurs during puberty. •Acne is not dangerous, but can leave skin scars. •Types of pimples include whiteheads, blackheads, papules, pustules, nobules, cysts. •Approximately three-quarters of 11 to 30 year-olds will get acne at some time. •Acne can affect people of all races and all ages. •Experts believe the primary cause is a rise in androgen levels (hormone). •Treatment for acne may depend on how severe and persistent it is. However'Pimples G' is effective homeopathic medicine and Lotion to be taken 4 to 5 months regularly for good results. Please take a photograph before you use this product. So that you can compare it after 3 to 4 months of usage to see the result. •Acne can be affected by the menstrual cycle, anxiety and stress, hot and humid climates, oil based makeup, greasy hair and pimple squeezing. Revert back after few days of using Pimple G medicines and lotion. Take care.

Application of Sunscreen

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Application of Sunscreen
Sunscreen protects us from harmful effects of sun rays and SPF tells about the duration of action of the particular sunscreen. The right way of application of sunscreen is to form a thick layer onto your skin, apply liberally, so that the skin doesn't get directly exposed (never rub the sunscreen rather spread it evenly) and sun rays will gets reflected back after falling on the skin, that too 20-30 minutes before stepping out (which gives enough of time for sunscreen to settle down on the skin). And in case, you are out in the sun for long hours, keep on re-applying the same after 3-4 hours.

During swimming, use water proof sunscreen. (chlorinated water makes us more prone to sun tan.

We indians need spf - 25 to 30 only. White people, albinos or those who lack melanin needs more spf as their skin is extremely sensitive in the sunlight (so, thanks to god for giving us melanin as a natural sun-protector!).

But as we all know synthesis of vitamin d takes place in the presence of sunlight, we should get ourselves exposed to sunlight without sunscreen, for at least 15-20 minutes 2-3times a week!

(choose right sunscreen as per your skin type).

Hello. You can go for microneedling, or subcision with fat grafting etc. To advise, which treatment to go for exactly, I'd require to see the lesion first and then decide. You can send a pic to know better.

Hello. Be happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises as that will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.
