Hello. Side effects depends on your choice which product you are taking.Before having any kind of supplement you should have knowledge about the product.Try to include more protein in your diet and avoid supplements if it not required.Get your kidney functional tests done first and then realize do u really need it . Because requirement of supplement occurs when u are doing a heavy workout and not able to meet your protein requirements by natural diet.If you not doing a heavy workout and you do not need a muscle gain then avoid it . Otherwise collect all the details about the purity of supplement before buying any.

What food can we have during summer ? to keep fit

For summers we should have a light and bright diet.Food containing liquid like all fruits and all vegetable.Avoid fried food and fats.Intake of 4-5 litres of liquid in form of coconut water,fresh juices,buttermilk,green tea,lemon water and plain water etc will make you feel refreshed in summers.In short a balanced diet with lots of fruits and liquids is perfect choice for summers.

Hello, You should consult with your doctor first .And regarding diet have a semisolid diet like dalia with milk,rice with dal and restrict spices and eating out until your diagnose is done.

Hello, Your body weight is more than your age it means u are overweight or obese.There must be some reasons for your gained weight.Your lifestyle,your eating habits,medical issues(if any) could be the reasons.You have to find what is your reason and how to resolve it.

Its a myth that Fats make us fat. So, Desi Ghee does not make us fat, if you use it on a right way
Desi Ghee is one of the most misunderstood foods in India. Reason ? Marketing vegetable oils as the Hero
Vitamins A, D, E, and K present in Ghee are fat-soluble. This means Ghee helps is to absorb these vitamins.
Ghee has MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acids ) , which is better than PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acid) found in oils like corn, sunflower, cottonseeds oils etc. Thus Desi Ghee is a better choice than these oils.
