Currently I am facing these problems 1.cracking sounds between jaws of my mouth when I move up and down and between joints 2. Beep sound always coming from my left year. 3.Eyes are too deep into the face and looking ugly. 4.Lack of proper sleep. 5. Lot of heat generation in my head and leads to concentration problems When I was at 15, I engaged to Unnatural sex activities (rolling on bed-sex) at present I stopped all those but side effects of those activities making me feel like I was in trouble. I have used medicine but beep sounds are coming from left ear and cracking sounds. At present I am preparing for competitive exam{Gate}and I will need much concentration. I am attaching some lab reports. Please suggest me the solution so that I can recover from all those effects.

It's a hormonal and lifestyle disorder. You hv to change your food habits and should exercise regularly. What's your ht and wt. Get thyroid profile s prolactin fasting insulin free teststerone tvs for ut and adenexa done. Serum fsh and lh on day two of start of menses to be also done. After the reports v can costomise the treatment.

D cold intake on a daily basis is not suggested. Please take only paracetamol regularly or even better, consult a physician. Regarding tiredness, check your sugar levels - fbs ppbs, hba1c and cbc tests are suggested. Get back to us with the results. For shoulder/neck pain the best solution is exercises. Stick to a healthy diet with lots of fruits vegges and healthy nuts like almonds.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform. Consult an eye doctor also.

According to your height your ideal body weight should be 63 kg. Your weight is very low compare to your ideal weight. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently

For last 1 month I feeling so tired in day. But I take enough rest in night. I sleep 6-7 hours but I feel so tired and all the time I feel sleepy. My liver is midly enlarge in ultrasonoghaphy test. And my presser is 160/100. I am only 23. And last 10 days I feel lightheadness and left hand feel so tired and also in legs. My cholesterol is safe in test. And I take diet food. 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Dear lybrate user, *for prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: * do not take a lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. * to reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, practice yogasana like shirshasana and sarwangasana only under the guidance of expert. * you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. * avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. * apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. * checkout your thyroid profile & take proper treatment of thyroid disorder.

Hi dear, Well done! At least you came so much closer to clear that exam! You are just 18 yrs. Old and started taking so much stress and tension in your life? It's just the starting of your life, long way to go! You can prepare again and attempt it one more time. Don't lose your confidence, just boost up self to acheive more goals in you life (but at the same time keep a balance between you and your expectations). Trying again in life is not a big problem as you will get many opportunities to prove yourself, don't be dishearted! Such a hard-working person you are, keeping doing hard-work, keeping giving your performances, one day result would surely be in your favour. Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor.
