It may be because of acid reflux but to diagnose accurately and prescribe accordingly more details are required... like when and how does it occur or aggravated... what is the diet pattern, You have mentioned drug allergy... what kind of drugs and what kind of food... Pan D is a temporary solution and will not give lasting effect... Consult for homoeoapthic treatment... for permanent and safe results...

I am a 30 years old healthy male with no medical condition accept occasional acidity. For past few years I have issue of popping sound from my chest sternum. No pain only popping. Is this anything to worry about. From past few weeks my left shoulder (back part) aches when I wake up in the morning. Pain is severe, but subsides post I wake up. Sometimes similar pain occur in right bottom rib. Is this muscular pain or anything to worry about. I am a regular badminton player. My vitamin D Is 14. Please reply if any medication is needed.

I suffer from IBS and this prevents from me having a lot of different food items. Can you specifically name a few things that I should avoid? And what can be taken as an alternative to these foods? Can IBS be properly cured with medications?

Irritable bowel ssyndrome is a combination of abdominal discomfort or pain and altered bowel habits: either altered frequency (diarrhea or constipation) or altered stool form (thin, hard, or soft and liquid). In my practise I have found that majority of the people who acquire IBS have a history of stress or dont have good dietary habits and routine.Writam, I want to know regarding your dietary habits, your eating routine, nature of your work, work load and your mental status and sleeping habit. You can tell everything inshort a it will help me in selection of a most suitable remedy.I also want to know that what all medicines have you taken till now.

Hi, How long have you been taking alcohol? First and foremost I would advise you to restrict alcohol intake and simultaneously meet a gastro-intestinal (GI) specialist, in person, with no further delay. He or she would be able to clinically examine you properly and may require you to go through a few diagnostics including a liver function test and USG abdomen as deems appropriate. You may also expect a referral to a neuro physician for further clinical evaluation should it require. Your ECG report being normal is indicative of no issues as such on your cardiac front. Pain in your sternum could be a referred pain owing to gastritis or issues, if any, with your liver. However, to be on the safer side, a cardiologist consultation would rule out any issues with your heart as well. As regards your gastritis issue, your GI specialist who you meet in person, shall also advise appropriately in this regard. At the same time, however, it is important that your diet and lifestyle be streamlined. You need to take more of wheat grain cereals, fresh fruits & leafy greens and ensure that the food is well cooked, bland yet tasty & easily digestible. Avoid hot, chilly, spicy & oily & greasy hard to digest foods. Also, restrict intake of tea, coffee and other high calorie foods like carbonated sugary drinks, packaged juices, sweets, pastries et al. It is good to take smaller amounts of food in regular intervals rather than taking three large meals. Sitting in ?Vajrasana? post every meal, helps digest better. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 8 ? 10 glasses of water daily and avoid taking water intermittently while eating as this will hamper effective digestion of food. Brisk walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week, unless you have any other health issue or advised otherwise by your doc. Amla, ginger, mint, tulsi, ripe banana, cold milk etc also help arrest acidity & associated issues including gastritis. At the same time, you must stay relaxed and de-stress yourself through either prayer, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises, socializing etc all. Hope this helps. All the very best.
