Hi, for cold and cough 1. Try to keep body warm 2. Do not eat and drink cold food items 3. Try to avoid persons affected with cold and cough because it spreads through droplet mode by coughing and sneezing 4. Take a tablet of levocetrizine and a basic antibiotic with an expectorant cough syrup for 4 days 5. Consult through video for details.

I am suffering form cough. For last 2 years. I smoke some times. But not a heavy one. How could I can get a clear lungs?

Certificate in Basic Course on Diabetes Management, CCEBDM Certificate in Diabetes, MBBS
General Physician, Pune
No details about other complaints, investigations or medications. This may be allergy, Bronchial asthma, Nasal defect or Chronic bronchitis. In view of cough of long duration Smoking must be stopped once for all. A good exam by ENT Specialist followed by a Physician or Pulmonologist is required for proper clinical examination, related investigations, diagnosis and treatment.
