Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.

I am 22 years old person studying in college. From my childhood I was not good in interacting with people. When someone come to me and asked something I couldn't reply in a good manner. So I didn't have that much friends. Anyway I understood I was not good in socially at later 16s. I started changing my self but there where any good results (some slight changes are there). I am always dreaming about past incidents as making my self good and find pleasure in it. I visualise the same in my mind repeatedly sometimes. I was good at delivering speech during my schooling and got many prizes. But at the same time very low behavioural skills. Now in my hostel everyone teasing me but I can't oppose them. If someone asked something in a tweezing way I get silent and failing to handle the situation and sometimes I hide from that persons. In my dreams I am OK but in real situations I am far behind. Please resolve my problems and suggest me some some ideas to overcome.

You have expressed the issues you are facing in a clear and lucid manner, kudos for that .You have mentioned you are good in public speaking and have won prizes for that, it shows you are bold and articulate. Rather than dwelling on the past live in the present moment and day to day. Make friends with those with whom you can share interests and hobbies. Ask your close friends and relatives what you can do to improve your inter- personal skills. If you feel you might require a language course / accent or soft skills training, go ahead and do a course for that. Take some time out and set up goals for yourself - long term and short term. Live your life according to that .Re look at your self and your situation objectively and make a plan accordingly. Hi, You need medicines as well as counselling also. It is also better to get Shirodhara done for 7 days. Yoga & meditation will also boost your confidence. Do Anuloma Viloma Pranayam daily for 10 to 15 minutes. If you are not getting relief by this then it will be better to see nearby doctor.

Your freind and you are not connected by biological wifi. All bodies are different. Menses might be delayed due to hormonal imbalance. Not to worry. Worry you have to only if you have had sex and might be fearing pregnancy. All the best.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Migraine can be due to many reasons mainly improper diet, improper lifestyle or some medications. You need to correct lifestyle. Take light food, sleep early, exercise regularly, increase intake of cow ghee in diet and things will improve. Whenever it pains, start tea with 3 tsf cow ghee. Pain will reduce immediately.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

I am married, and in physical relationship for 4 years. But presently I am experiencing that elasticity of my vagina has loosened up. And during sex I don't Get that feeling anymore. Hi lybrate-user, pimples are a common problem at your age. I will be able to help you much better if I could more details about your problem and see some pictures. Meanwhile, I would suggest some general measures to help you manage your acne. 1. Use a good face wash like cetaphil cleanser to wash your face. 2. If you get fresh pimples apply faceclin gel over these for 5-7 days. 3. Avoid junk food, excessive milk intake, sugary foods and follow a good exercise regiment. 4. Avoid oil application on your scalp and don't use greasy creams on your face. Hope this helps, take care

Hello, hello, smoking is injurious to health. Smoking can have serious effects on your life. The longer you smoke, the more damage you do to your body. If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- take tabacum 200, 5 drops once in a week and arnica 30 ch, 5 drops once daily. Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily. Start doing breathing exercises like pranayam to strengthen your lungs. Drink small quantity of water at short intervals. Take giloy ras 10 ml, everyday in the morning empty stomach. Revert me after 1 month.
