Dear lybrate-user, Drink sufficient water in a day, 3-4 litres Avoid constipation Take proper sleep, 8 hours apply Melatru cream (slaveo company) on dark circles twice daily after face wash. Thanks

Don't eat sugar,sweetened juice including fruit juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.Take more whole fruits and vegetables.Eat unprocessed foods,whole grain,whole wheat.oats etc in small amount.Take extra protein foods for weight loss.Use healthy fat but in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.But not during meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Regular exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,swimming,skipping,squat.You will loose weight and will stay healthy.

U take low calorie low sodium high protein high fibre diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)

In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1month.

Medicines are only short term solution. For a sustainable improvement you need to change your food and lifestyle. To burn fat and to reduce weight you must avoid packed, processed & fried foods. Also minimise intake of milk products, sweets, oily and maida foods. Increase intake of foods, salads & soups. Do 30-45 mins of physical activity daily.

1.Prepare a mixture of powdered dried ginger root, black pepper and long pepper in equal amounts and store in an airtight container. Have ½ teaspoon of this powder mixed with honey. 2.Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to one glass of hot water. Drink this sip by sip frequently during the day. 3.Dry roast 3-4 black raisins and add pinch of black pepper and rock salt to it. Have this 2-3 times a day for 15-20 days. 4.Drink luke warm water 3-4 a day. 5. Take 2 tab giloyghan vati twice a day/ 1 month.& swallow 2 basil leaves daily empty stomach with water 6. pour 2-2 drops of badam rogan shrin/hamdard at night just before sleep. follow up after 10 days.
