High Blood Pressure & Heart Problem - How They Are Related?

Most people spend extremely busy lives, which do not allow them close to enough time to exercise and stay fit, but has more than enough stress. This is made worse by bad diets. Both these factors together lead to high blood pressure levels. While knowing that one has high blood pressure is not going to lead to much cheer at all, being told that it is linked to heart disease is going to make one feel worse. But, what exactly is the link?

High BP and Heart Disease
When a person has high blood pressure, it means that the heart has no option, but to work harder to make sure that blood circulates around the body. As such, the heart becomes stiff. Apart from that, the arteries, which carry fresh blood filled with oxygen, are gradually damaged. This is because the inner linings get damaged. So when you suffer from high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, heart failures and atherosclerosis are not uncommon.

Complications
As a result of having a high blood pressure, the muscles of the heart begin to weaken over time. Heart failure is what eventually happens. When it does happen, there is a fluid which starts filling up the body. A heart check-up may show an irregular heartbeat rate. Many people who are not familiar with the heart feel that a heart attack is the same as a heart failure. However, this is not the case. A heart attack can lead to immediate death, while heart failure implies improper pumping of blood.

A continuous excess pressure on the heart often results in an enlarged left heart. The left ventricle, which is a part of the heart, expands and this means some very serious things including the prospect of a heart failure, a heart attack or even a sudden and lethal cardiac arrest.

However, this is not the only side of things when it comes to heart disease. Coronary artery disease is a possible result of high blood pressure as well. This means that chest pain and heart attacks can occur due to this. Along with these two, an irregular heart rhythm, which is medically known as arrhythmia, can develop.

The health of a person means that even a part or aspect of him or her being abnormal can cause some far-reaching effects and high blood pressure leading to heart disease is a good example of it. So, it is best to make sure that one’s blood pressure levels are kept in an acceptable range!

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Gandhak rasayan vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner 7. Yograj guggul 1 tab after lunch and dinner.

I'm suffering from dandruff problem. Even I wash my hair, after one day I'm suffering the same. Even my side locks are of dandruff. And when my beard was grown and after trimming it my skin is having like small flakes. What is the reason?

Hello 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soybean, sprouts, pulses and grains. 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Hi My periods are disturb since 2 and half years ago. At that time periods comes very early. The gap is about 10- 15 days. After that doc suggested me biopsy and in report there was little swelling and little bit infection. Then doc diogonose me with my one injection for about 8 months. After that swelling and infection was almost healed. But now problem is that my periods are not coming regularly and the quantity was very low few drops. And now last periods come on 18 nov 2014. I am very upset about that. Doc also prescribe me fifteen days course of conjugated estrogens tablet ( ten days) and one more for five days ( I don' t know the name ) some other tests reports says that its not a menopause and fertility rate is very low. Now doc suggested me depidra and one more medicine. What should I do give me your opinions. Is that any thing serious or not. One more thing before one month doc take the biopsy again for tuberculosis. The reports are all good. Every reports even blood tests are correct. Kindly give me your opinion.

According to me you were suffering from hormonal imbalance 2-3 yrs back may be due to stress or anything else. But now the position is different but more critical. Nw please u r continuously given hormonal injectables which firstly your body used to make. Means we r playing with nature by giving you hormones whereas u must be given such type of medicines where your body is sufficient enough to regulate the mechanism of hormonal secretions. So I advise you to start homoeopathic medicines simultaneously for a far better result. Once your body gains control of hormone regulatory mechanism, u will be normal.
