hello Divya, it is probably due to effect of i-pill. as it is a hormonal pills, it can disturb your menstrual cycle. wait for few days.

it is because of sinusitis. when you sneeze, it creates back pressure on sinuses which cause headache. consult your doctor, no need to worry. it's a common problem
