Reduce intake of sugar and salt, have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Reduce time on smartphone, desktop or laptop, tv. Engage in activities like playing with your kids, cooking, painting or anything you like. Regularly check your bp & blood sugar and semi anual health checkup. At least sleep for 7 hrs at night from 11pm-6am and take 1 hr rest at afternoon if possible. Walk for 1hour daily. Quit alcohol and smoking.

My body muscles is very thin and my body weight is only 52 kg. How to get more weight and thick muscles.
Check your sugar and Hb level and thyroid profile first. Consult a physician. If everything normal, increase daily protein intake, egg white is best. Carbohydrates intake should be increased. Start weight training exercises, your gym trainer will help you with that. Remember, weight gaining and weight losing exercises are totally different.
